I’ve tried using Ammo and p130 2 days now, and NOTHING at all is changed im not horrendous with girls I found out, suprisingly!! when im not using the colognes, and i see nothing at all unusal when i use this stuff, they seem no diffrent at all, good or bad, I sprayed 1 spray of AMMO TOGO on each side of my neck, and 1 spray each on my wrists, i sat at first to just see if any would approach, then i walked around the club and absolutley nothing different at all, have i donme something wrong with the AMMO,

It sounds like you od. Ammo contains none. And to much none and you’ll repel instead of attracting. If there’s one bit of golden advice that I could give you. I would say FIND YOUR SWEET SPOT!!! I know you may read lots of post and think “Hey I want that to happen to me.” But you have to remember that every individuals body chemistry is different. Start by wearing one spray of Ammo behind one ear. Observation is the key. You have to observe peoples actions when you wear it. Do that for about 3 days then go 2 without wearing it and observe again. Keep a notepad with you so that you can write down hits as they come. After you’ve done that move up to 2 and repeat the process.
Please take my advice!!! I don’t want you to spend $1300 on pheromones before you even have a handle on Ammo like I did. Very expensive lesson to learn my friend. :o
Start out with socials. couple sprays of IO and you have everyone talking about nothing and everything. Add some shine and they will surely get in a good mood. A nice icebreaker. The downside, I think this detracts from the sexiness and status. I think you can leave these out if you have the confidence to open people. For me other products can lend that confidence.
Next something comfort … P130 (mood-lifting/comforting), P74 (cool dude), P95- very low dose (playfull bonding), P96 (intimate bonding). IG. etc.
Some attraction… TAA (warm glow), P102 (intensifys the senses), P91 (aura of popularity / posh status) etc.
Too much comfort can kill the sexiness.

Ammo will give it just a sexier direction.
low-dose P75 would give you some swagger and cocky jockish vibe.
Try adding 2.5mcg P75 for every shot of Ammo or TUTH (2.5mcg -none), so 1:1 P75 to none) and escalate the amounts.
Then add 2.5mcg TAC so 1:1:1 ratio. And report back.
You’ll have to test more before you’ll start noticing the results. Take Wesley’s advice and find your sweetspot first. I know it’s tempting to spray a lot of Ammo, I finished my first 30 ml in 2,5 months I guess, but I was going out 4 times a week and was seeing results 
With 4 sprays at your age I doubt you were OD’ing on none, but if your dosage was optimal with your body chemistry, who knows? It’s more likely you were the ‘cologne guy’ with that much FF21 on, so worry about that Also I would just spray on your neck/chest area. Never found wrist useful with base mixes like Ammo.
And lastly: what were the effects with P130? If you added it to Ammo, that might be the problem. It’s a feel good mone, but also buffer Ammo quite a lot I noticed! See my recent posts about Ammo Summer (containing TAA and P130).

Don’t be discouraged. It takes getting to know pheros in order to understand how to use them best to your advantage. You probably did turn a few heads at the club without noticing it. Ammo is a powerful tool, but it doesn’t magnetically pull women to you. Walking around the club is a good way to spread your signature, but then it’s up to you to do something about it. If there’s a particular girl you might be interested in, go ahead and stand close to her. Let her become saturated in your phero cloud. Then try talking to her, and see if your pheros have successfully laid the groundwork for you. If not, then move on. Pheros are a wonderful tool, but they don’t do all the work for you. You still have to do your part.

Start with the socials
My advice to you would be to start with the socials. the more interaction you have with members of the opposite sex, the more likely you are to have successful outcomes.
Products like Instant Shine, Instant Openness, Instant Honesty, and A314 have an effect on people’s social impression of you and the hits are fairly easy to spot. I would start with these and work with them for a couple months before working with a product designed to close the deal. Also remember that AD’s products are designed to use together in many ways and that is why you see many people on this forum combining the above members of the instant line along with the more sexual products.
Instant Honesty and Instant Shine have always been heavy hitters for me in that it was easy for me to discern what was happening naturally and what was enhanced by the product.
They work well together as well. IH can be very serious at high doses while IS can help maintain that depth while at the same time lighten up the conversation with fun and flirty inserts.
To get the girl you must accomplish 2 things. You must make her laugh, and you must “get” her. The IS & IH combo will help you do this. Once you reach this stage with someone you like add a single shot of AMMO to help do some steering toward closing the deal.
Timing on this is important. With some women it may be the same night. With others it may take weeks before you and they are ready for what AMMO can do for the two of you.
Remember, pheromones are biologically active social influencers, not social manipulators or mind controllers.
And how many did you actually approach, talk to, make eye contact, smile, nod or show any other form of interest in them?
This is very important - Pheros will not normally make anyone approach/start climbing all over you/invite you off for a quick shag straight out of the blue - These are rare (but very welcome) incidents.
More usually, pheros come into play when you do initiate with someone and they help everything hit-home harder, faster and more reliably but you must make the effort to engage, then attract them in the first place!
If you don’t, any interest promoted by your pheros will be lost - quickly.
As for your dose and application, 4 sprays Ammo seems quite ok to me on a thirty year old guy in a club/night time environment, unless you were around really young women but P130 is a substantial moderator, so its unlikely to be OD but doing your sweet spot testing properly will help you judge your dose better. On someone your age, I would expect you could go as high as six or eight sprays before OD becomes a serious risk. But by then, you run the risk of flooring them with your scent alone! 
However it may be too well-balanced for a club, so if you have any TUTH, try 2 sprays TUTH, 2 sprays Ammo and 2 P130 and see how that works - it has the same amount of none but half the main moderators plus discrete sexual steering - A much more sexual kick but the P130 will help make that a good kick. 
2 Days ? …You need to experiment for longer than that to find your “sweet spot” and discover how your own chemistry reacts to the Ammo.
As above posts: start low and build. Get a good handle of Ammo before trying others out and just confusing which pheromone is doing what.
Its a constant process , I have been using these products on and off for over 6 years and still feel that I have a lot to learn.
As Mobocaster says they are simply a component/tool you need to learn how to use them to effect.
Also if you dont already study: reading up on Pyschology/ body language/Non verbal communication will enable you to spot the effects and steer things more efficiently.

To beat the dead horse. Ultimately, the pheromones will help with the mood once you get going, but you still have to get things going. I am one to peruse, wandering about the club kinda getting my smellysmells out there. A good time to get a sense of who I might be interested in, with my playful smiles already on and in full glow. Personally I use the ammo very lightly, one or two sprays at the most.
Pheromones, a tool, not a weapon. We give you the ammo, you still have to take the shot.
