Okay, here goes… The nightclub lately has been having costume parties following theme nights (and I’m proud to say the idea of theme nights was mine, but I didn’t come up with the themes). The last one was a ‘Pimps and Hoes’ party… Well, this week, ‘tonight’ there’s a ‘boys come as girls, girls come as boys’ theme… Anyway, wondering what people think of that in itself? LOL
Okay, so lets say I went in costume, what would be a good mix of pheros because I think this one is a little bit ‘out of the box’ and an unusual situation that I ‘never’ really thought of…
Well, what pheros do you currently own, because before I know that, it is really difficult to give specific suggestions.
As for the more broad suggestion, I would stay away from none based products, because it might confuse the hell out of some people. Just stick with the socials. IS would be great in this situation because it will lift the moods of you and everyone around you, which is perfect in this scenario.. no one wants to, in all good fun, be dressed as a woman talking to a female dressed like a guy, and then be grumpy about doing so!
The only thing I’m worried about is if I go to heavy on the social pheromones such as “Spaceland” and “in costume” I come across as gay. Which I certainly don’t want to do. LOL I know its a costume night, but ya know. I’d still like to attract some women, even if I ‘am’ dressed like one.
Oh well, you surely are in a pickle then! In a feminine costume wearing none makes you come off as kind of creepy.. ever seen a masculine man wearing a dress? Not pretty. And your right, if you use alot of socials you come off gay! And it would take really long to find a perfect balance for these usual circumstances. So, you want to come off as just heterosexual guy that is just having some fun at a theme party, because this would be easier to find a women. With the above in mind I think IS at a slightly lower dose than what your sweet spot is would be best. You get a playful outgoing vibe without the gay undertone.
That’s just my theory on the topic . Hope that its helpful!
Yeah, I mean like wearing a girl’s dress for a costume party isn’t putting you at risk for making you look gay as it is he, he.
All kidding aside, I don’t think it really matters. Just wear what you always wear, I mean you ARE a guy (and straight I’m guessing) so why change your pheromone signature just for a costume party where other guys are also going to be wearing the same thing anyway?
I say go with two or three sprays of Spaceland to make the party even more happening, then two or three sprays of AMMO, then an equal amount of sprays of IH to match the sprays of Spaceland, and then a couple of sprays of IS divided through out the night to give you that confidence you need to wear that freaking dress! He, he.
You have a point, but we have to look at this from the point of view of a woman dressed as a man. Who will she be most attracted to? What will the women be looking for in these men? The social dynamics will have changed drastically and wearing what worked before the shift could be counterproductive.
True, but the ladies are also falling into the same boat of sending mixed signals because they too will be dressing as the opposite sex. Really, it is all for fun and I think we’re giving pheromones too much credit here. I personally think it doesn’t change anything, but then that’s just what I think although I respect all opinions.
Personally what I offered him to wear would give him a nice balance of -none and socials. Although in the end he decides, so it’s all up to the OP.
It ‘is’ an unusual situation, for certain. I’ll definitely have to come back with a report for the night, though photos? Hahahaha.
What was said about “i’m still the same guy” is right, so I won’t change it too much but I agree with the lighter pheromones to help make it a bit more light hearted and fun. One of my friends has already sent me a photo on my phone of her ‘drawn on’ moustache. I’m a bit worried about the heels, tho. Haha. I think it’s going to be a hillarious night. Not sure whether to go trashy yet or a bit toned down, got both worked out. LOL
One thing I will say was pretty kewl, when I was out trying to find things for the costume party, even without pheromones at the time the girls in the clothes shop, when I said it was for a costume party, COULD NOT HELP ENOUGH! They got a real kick out of helping put together an outfit for the night and while they don’t go down normally, they are now! Besides, going in costume I’ll get in for less and there’s prizes for best costumes.
Okay, one last question… To handbag, or not to handbag? Coz I have NOOOOO idea where the hell I’m going to put my phone and camera and smokes and keys. WOULD that be taking it too far? LOL
Okay, strangest thing. Think I did a bit too good on the ‘costume’ side of things… But I ‘did’ have more women than ever coming up and talking to me, now is that just weird or what… I got hit on by a guy who got all defensive when I spoke “you know I’m a dude, right?” Then there was that girl near the end of the night who came up to me all innocent and asks “have you got a tampon?” And it wasn’t until I spoke and said no that she got all embarrassed and “oh, you’re a guy.”
Definitely a very funny night, ‘and’ I earned myself a lifetime VIP membership there, so I never ever ever ever have to pay to get into that club EVER again. Sweet. I’m just pissed coz I never had anywhere to put my camera, so my friend looked after it and then she never ended up taking any photos of the night. The club ended up taking a picture of me which will be going on their myspace page… Gonna be hillarious to see what kind of comments get posted to it. Oh, and the joke of the night (which might stick, which is a bit scary) was my name was Amanda. “A-man-duh!” If I’d have known I could have gotten those sort of responses dressed like a woman I would have become one by now!
