Hey Folks,
So, not unlike numerous people before me, I’ve stumbled upon this site through pure curiosity. I am a person who enjoys colognes, and have a “collection” of scents. During a read through a popular forum for colognes and perfumes, I came across a post by a user that mentioned this site.
Once again unlike people before me, I am a skeptic. So I decided I would read around the forum a little and see what this whole “mones” thing is about. I am quite interested in the whole “way people react to you” concept.
A little about myself; I am a 24 year old single male living in Alberta, Canada. I just moved here from the east coast, and have a very limited social circle as of right now since the move was quite recent. By limited, I mean that most of the friends I have made are people that I work with. Sure, they are awesome to hang out with, but none of them are single, and none of them have friends that are single.
I also am fresh out of university and just very recently started my career, and being at the bottom of the ladder as far as work experience goes can be a slight pain in the ass sometimes.
So, I guess my goals would be two fold:
1.) To catch the attention of females in the “attraction” category
2.) To gain a little respect from older, more experienced co-workers
Now, I’m not trying to toot my own horn here, but I’m not a totally bad looking cat, but at the same time I am not the epitome of male attractiveness either. I don’t have a particularly hard time talking to the opposite sex, and can actually be quite charming and funny, but I often don’t quite get the reaction that I am looking for. This often leads to me falling into the friend zone. I don’t know if this is due to a lack of “signal catching” on my part, me not taking a full attempt, or me simply finding the wrong girls, but I would like to try something to get the proper reaction.
Also, I will say that I am not totally disrespected at work. My boss actually has told me that he considers me to be a great, hard working individual who knows exactly what he is doing and does it well.
So, along with the Hello comes a few questions about “mones”. Do these products have a scent themselves? Or can/do I wear them along with one of my favourite colognes? What “mones” are best for attracting the opposite sex, and what ones would be best in the office setting? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I gotta say, after reading through the forums here, I am a little curious and interested in giving these things a try. Also, you guys seem to know what you’re talking about, and you have a great community with a welcoming vibe to it… I’m a big fan!
Thanks for reading,
Deevo
