Anyone been "busted" with pheromones?

Adventure: one of my rules of thumb is “guys are dumb”! As much as you may feel like you’re gonna be discovered using pheros, you really won’t unless you outright confess.

And yes, while telling him about the pheros might take away the magic a little bit (he now attributes the stimulus to a product rather than to your body), he also has probably built up a bit of a tolerance. Luckily, the way to combat a tolerance is to take a break. Wash your sheets and don’t wear pheros for at least a week. That should do the trick.

Here’s a thought experiment for you. Try flipping this whole topic around. Imagine you’re a totally clueless guy who one day discovers that his girl has been…wait for it…wearing makeup. Not only at home, but also outside the home. To subtly manipulate the visual, emotional and sexual responses of everyone she meets. And now you have busted her for wearing makeup.

If you’re in Saudi Arabia, you probably decide to kill her for bringing dishonor to your family. But anywhere else, you’re like, “Meh…”

Most normal guys don’t have a problem with makeup, so it’s a little unfair if your girl has a problem with mones. Does anyone look at a woman wearing makeup and think, “What a loser, what a creep, how manipulative and underhanded, how desperate”?

It depends on just what sort of makeup, when its used and how thickly applied - IME some women do use makeup more like a mask for a variety of interpersonal/self-esteem issues and that in itself can be a warning sign/indicator of problem potential.

And remember there is a whole lot of misrepresentation/funny ideas about pheros out there and people can have a totally skewed/unrealistic perception of them - Slap is just slap by comparison.

I personally don’t like makeup on women.
If I meet a woman with makeup she looks hideous when I finally see her with it off. .
And when I meet a woman without makeup, she looks silly with it on..
The only exception is women who wear so little makeup you can hardly tell.
But that’s just my opinion.
Is it a deal breaker? Not at all..

Anywho, the analogy makes sense to me.
