What happens if women know a guy is wearing pheromones?
With all this publicity, it’s bound to happen sooner or later.
Anybody experience a woman who figured out you were wearing pheromones?
Please do not include girlfriends/lovers on the list - let’s talk people who would typically not like the idea.
To me wearing pheros is no different than wearing a cologne, most people cant smell pheromones and think its actually pheromones. Sometimes you get negative reactions that you smell bad or sweaty, othertimes you might smell attractive or sexy or manly… Either way, you almost never get, you smell like you sprayed on artificial pheromones, unless you tell them first or they know that you do somehow, by seeing them or finding out from someone else…
Most women, if they do react positively, and find you attractive just assume its you that is actually causing them to feel that, not the scent your wearing…
Depends. It could range from your ass-is-grass to “lets make babies.”
I’ve discussed pheromones with a couple women at work (university) and they felt it it was lowdown 'n dirty. Many also think it’s a useless gimmick. One even mentioned lawyers and lawsuits! Of course I didn’t reveal I actually wore them. The topic came up with a woman I was dating and she was extremely negative about it as well. It wasn’t that she was skeptical about it working. She seemed to feel it was dishonest, unfair and deceptive. I long ago decided such information was best kept private.
Methinks we guys should keep our traps shut .
Lowdown, dirty, unfair???
The chicks do plenty!! Boob jobs (all “natural” of course), make-up (visual), face-lifts etc etc.
It’s not like they level with everyone about everything they’ve done - the only real difference is that the above are “accepted” by society.
I think the perception of it being unfair and deceptive is due to misinformation. Most people have watched nature programs where insects and lower mammals are involuntarily drawn to a mate with pheromones. Movies often use the insect and lower animal reactions to pheromone as a model for human behavior. As we all know, pheromones can’t defeat freewill, override social conditioning or change personal taste. They merely enhance what already exists. If there’s no attraction no amount or combination will make any difference. Trying to explain that to someone getting ticked off about the thought of being controlled by mones without revealing your high level of involvement isn’t easy or a sure thing. I don’t bother anymore.
Shh manfriday, you are not supposed to be pointing out double standards and hypocrisy in society!
Women are supposed to use everything at their disposal but men aren’t supposed to have anything but $$$ (nice car, large house, socially well regarded job). In other words provider approach. In other words, things that women will also be able to use and benefit directly from.
Since you have dared to point this out, you can now expect the political correctness police knocking on your door any minute now…
Manfriday is absolutely right. It’s a good thing, however, that there are some women who are intelligent enough to not look down on it, ie the women here. But the sad thing is most will find it to be evil. I assumed this from the beginning and haven’t even told my male friends(so as to keep them from telling my female friends, or learning one of my secrets to success). Yeah, definitely keep the traps shut.
This subject has come up several times and most of us agree that the fact that we use pheromones is probably best kept to ourselves for now for a variety of reasons.
There are a few people who have spouses/signifcant others who know they use pheromones and either just enjoy they effects or in one or two cases actually use some themselves. But I believe that they are in a very small minority.
I do not even bring up the subject of pheromones with anyone, much less reveal that I use them - for many of the reasons mentioned above.
I believe that may change as at least one major pharmaceutical company is trying to develop a product that utilizes pheromones. It was mentioned in a post on this forum if you care to research further.
If in fact that company does come out with a product and it is advertised or discussed anything like Viagra, I would expect to see a HUGE interest in pheromones.
At the same time I would not be surprised to see some move to potentially regulate them if only because we swing between A. living in a nanny state or B. can’t have such powerful tools being used for “immoral” or nefarious purposes.
Of course it would be even cooler if, during the mandatory congressional investigation, the Androtics customer list was released so everyone would know who was secretly pheromonally influencing their friends, lovers and coworkers.
Greetings once again oh great Mariner, is this really U…
So glad to see you still here must be you have been a good boy.
But still a Pants man i see.
You sure are addicted to the Cops dear friend, like me just cant seem to get enough.
Tested any new shit latley. Fill us in as this poor Brahmin could use a few tips dear SIR ha ha sure, what are you using latley in your Quest to get your naughty little fingers under the edging of those silky little elastic sided nickers lol.
If you ever get caught in a “but it’s deceptive and wrong!” argument, just counter, “no, what’s deceptive is washing your natural pheromones off with soap. This is just getting back in touch with nature.”
In my experience reason and discussion don’t usually work and merely distract you from the task at hand, getting into her pants. Discussions of and strong opinions about mones, plastic surgery, politics, religion, PC, women’s rights, computer platforms and racial preferences can be like poison to an escalating relationship. Like legs, I don’t really care what they think when I need to get my nut off. If you need a soulmate go to harmony.com and take the test.
