ive noticed that the putatives are quite a bit cheaper than others and being on a budget as i am, i thought it would help me out. i dont really know anything about them and there isnt any description on the website. if anyone has tried any of them, please do tell. and if you could relate it to a “consumer” line product that would be great. Thanks
That’s not exactly how it works. ‘P’ stands for putative; molecules that may or may not have pheromone properties. Consumer products are composed of known pheromone molecules such as -none, -rone, -alphanol, -betanol, and maybe some putatives that, through user testing, have shown to have pheromone properties. And the reason they may seem cheaper is because the price you’re probably looking at is for the product with a potency of only 2.5mcgs/spray. Many people here wear anywhere from 12.5mcgs to over nine thousand mcgs at one time.
You can find lots of info on putatives using the ‘search’ feature ![]()

Putatives are molecules that they don’t yet know the properties of, aren’t even sure are pheromones, want to test blindly to better understand or some combination of the three.
Dosage does play a big part in how expensive they are, but the P series is intended for more advanced, experienced users. The Instant Line is ready made for you if that does not yet describe you. They may be more expensive, but they’re also well designed to give you a useful, reliable and known effect. Ps are not a wise choice to play with until you know and understand the Instant Line.
If price is a factor, aim for to-go bottle size.
