First and Foremost Pheromones (PHs) (my lazy abbreviation) are able to spread via diffusion and sillage:
Diffusion -the ability to make molecules leap off your skin and into the air around you, and “controlled Sillage” - a contouring of the “vapor trail” of molecules you leave behind, in order for people to know from whom they’re coming from. ~AD
There are plenty of application points from which to choose. Each person is different and after testing mones to find your sweet spot of dosage, you should then test for which is your optimum application point for each individual mone. ~Newlind
You should apply your PHs in places you would naturally release your own pheromones. Chest, wrist, neck, armpits (be wary bacteria and high heat can break down PH). If you’re wearing a skirt/shorts, naked behind knees or thighs; locations your body heats up.
Most products except ones containing NONE you should start with 1 or 2 sprays. This may be your “sweet spot” meaning you see results with this amount. Some may need more. Once you find a sweet spot take note of it for each product. Also remember more in not always better. If you get great results with say 3 sprays of shine that doesn’t mean 6 sprays will be even better. With 6 sprays you may see nothing because its just to much for your individual body. You have to find what is right for you.
There are a few tricks before you even arrive at an application scenario that many may not immediately consider.***
Limit substances. I.e. alcohol or drugs can conflict with your ability to pick up on IOIs or play the part, rendering the PH less effective or inconsistent as a result.
Protect your Pheromones. Keep your PHs out of the sun, heat/light change, the chemical makeup may change as a result of prolonged sun, heat etc. A cool, dry place like a drawer or cabinet is ideal, preferably not the bathroom-light/heat/moisture (moisture can be a place for bacteria, which would break down phs)
Shower first and/or wash your hair prior to application. Misting the hair with PH/fragrance is a great way boost sillage, as you move through your day. Those who choose to get closer to you will also be rewarded with a pleasant scent and the PH to boot. Try to apply to freshly-washed hair, or the natural oils (and any lingering hair products) will affect the odor and possibly the PH.
Hydrate your skin. PH/scent will fade faster when skin is dry. Applying fragrance-free moisturizer to your body is an excellent prep. I’ve seen great luck with applying baby oil just out of the shower and then applying PHs. I notice better sillage as well when I apply them prior to getting dressed.
Hydration assist: Applying some petroleum jelly to your skin, and then applying your PH on top of that. The droplets will cling to the petroleum jelly - rather than sinking entirely into your pores - which can reduce the need to reapply later in the day.
APPLICATION
Make the best use of your exposed skin and look to use PHs in environments where you may/can be removing some clothing. Phero range falls-off badly in outdoor situations whatever the weather. ~Mobocaster
In work environment there are tricks like loosening a tie, putting on/taking off a jacket/sweater variations in heat due to stress, mobility, etc. that assist in sillage.
Apply to a low and high pulse point so that the PH has an opportunity to blossom upwards around you.
Apply them where your body heats up like pulse points, neck chest back of neck jaw line wrists, forearms ect ect. DO NOT spray to groin or pits. These are bacteria rich environments and will make you pheromones really smelly. The application spot that works best for you may be different than others. Keep in mind applying to face subjects the PHs to UV rays, elements etc, and less overall endurance (reapplication is necessary more frequently.
Behind Knees
Pulse point behind the knees in the fold can assist in diffusion. This location more assists those in short/skirts as crossing/uncrossing legs can assist in dispersal, though can support general sillage. In intimate settings definitely a plus and supports general dispersal upwards.
Navel
Customarily an application point for intimate settings. This supports controlled sillage and can direct dispersal in close environment. It’s not so much the navel itself, but proximity to the body’s core that provides continued heat and aids in sillage.
Chest
Diffusion travels upward and outward- shoots up into the senses. For several PHs a great location as snuggling ie Anone, None and others as Mobocaster suggests is best used on chest. Another reason this area is ideal is the potential to control the diffusion. People inhale deeply when they are close to you and with a flap of your blazer or jacket you can increase sillage.
Inner Wrist/Arms
The inside wrist/forearm. Your wrists have pulse points though outer extremities do not heat up like the rest of our bodies. Heat is what causes diffusion, which can be use to your advantage in close proximity to others or moving your arm ie giving directions, getting something out of their hair etc.close exposure to the nose while heated by your pulse points.
Wearing long sleeves & a shirt with a collar will help to slow down the diffusion rate of the mones applied in those areas. In an office environment or location of prolonged exposure to the same faces It’s always better to be as subtle as possible as opposed to hitting them in the face with PHs.
Inner Thigh
A good spot if wearing shorts or a skirt, spraying midway between the knee and inseam. The area is warm enough to assist with sillage but not so much as to break down the pheromones prematurely. If your legs rub together when you walk this may not be an ideal location, though if you sit for a good deal of time this can support a balanced cloud.
Neck
Application points can be split into 4 sides, back, front, right and left providing massive application choices of the Adam’s apple or pulse point of the neck for good diffusion control. For greater control of self-effects apply more toward face, for less more toward back of neck.
Jaw-Line
Apply sprays/oils using fingers and spread them on your jawline for grounding self-effects. Location also support sillage for close conversations and one-on-one interactions. An additional location is just under the jaw line by each lymph node just under the tongue allowing for a fleshy exposed area that may not get overly worn during the day.
Upper Lip
Direct inhalation for self-effects, but not IN the nose as a bacteria location. Useful to support confidence boosting PH effects or (ie IS to increase self-motivation).
Behind the Ears
Good for 1-to-1 contacts as veins are very close to your skin in this "pulse point."To get immediate effects and may likely be best for nighttime activities but can be perfect in daily exchanges, especially if you must kiss on the cheek at greeting.
Before the Ears
The little piece of skin just in front of the ears, between the ears and the sideburns of a man. Smooth, well exposed, stable temperature (always slightly warm), unlike the neck no perspiration, or not enough to notice and not quite the earlobe as it is prime nibble location but adequate to assist sillage. It is enough surface to spread one drop between both sides. Holds the oil well and for many hours. Marihino
Hair
Best applied closer to the top of the head as hair (longer hair) doesn’t give off heat at the ends and hair density can obstruct sillage. Massive diffusion potential for environmental effects and a hair flip can waft a PH in a direction in the right environment. As you move your head around PHs drift into the air though, alcohol dries the hair out so be sure to use a good conditioner
Summary
Application points are an important part of PH use . They affect the diffusion, cloud and trail of the way it spreads towards people senses. When calculated and put into more detail, you will be able to put PHs into better use when you consciously think of your next movements when socializing. Attempt to apply PH before putting on your clothes for better endurance.
