As a result of the current credit crises, the firm I previously worked at is liquidating…so, I am in the job market. After a few interviews, I have come to believe that I am intimidating the people I am interviewing with. Is this possible? I have never thought of myself as intimidating. I do believe the 2 drops of A314 I have been using increase my confidence…which is why I wear it. Anyone else have any history with this?
You said “firm”, instead of company, which implies you have a high end job. Do you? If so, I’d think A314 would be right up your alley.
The only problem is that if finances are really that much of a issue with the type of companies you’re going after, the A314 might make them think you’re too expensive. “I like him. I trust him. I just can’t afford him right now”
The second problem is that if you seem expensive, and you concede too much about salary, that might make you look incongruent. “A high end employee at a budget rate? There might be something wrong with this picture”.
Human resource departments using Brad Smart’s TopGrading and other employment methods don’t tend to hire people who are incongruent. Most of them follow their gut to a large degree, and incongruency hits 'em square in it. They’ll feel something is wrong, and that their could be surprises down the way. Not good surprises. They want you to make sense, otherwise they’ll hire someone else. (you might want to buy TopGrading and scan through it to better see through HR’s eyes)
To combat both those problems, you might want to drop to one drop of A314. Maybe a little Instant Honesty to feel bonded. It’s hard to refuse someone you feel a deep connection with.
I’ve also heard of people using Shine during interviews, since it greatly improves likability, but I’m not sure it’d be right for the kind of job you’re looking for. It would help to combat some of the intimidating factor of A314, though, if you wanted to continue using 2 drops.
True confidence flows from within, reinforced with your accomplishments and preparation. Forget about self-medication and use a dose of A314 helps present the best persona for your target. I think Jazz’s advice of reducing dose and adding nols and/or TAA is right on.
I regularly sit on hiring committees and anybody that makes us feel uncomfortable for any reason is quickly shown the door. After all we’ll have to work with the guy we hire, so intimidation for any reason is a red flag.

mx103 or 105 are more approachable and instant versions of a314…i dont think 103 could be perceived as intimidating by others…all ive experienced is an “awe” reaction…yeah, my job interview plan at present is 2 sprays of 103 with IH as my ultimate enhancer never fail phero, and carrying IS or IO in the unlikely event that its intimidating.
what do you guys think about instant gentleman for interviews as i will be in the market for a new job soon.
Knowing the effect of Instant Genbleman which project you as respectable and aprroachable person, I think it is good for interview for positions related to sales and marketing.
Bosses want to employ people who are alpha approachable people.
I think 3 drops A314 and Instant Jent. will be a good choice for interviews.
You can go higher on A314 if you are applying for a manager or something.
If your interview is with a woman make sure you use Instant Female Magic (2-3 sprays).
To the whole mixture you can use a spray of Instant Honesty(4x) and you are hired***** !
