I agree whole heartedly with rbt & mindset. The environment at school absolutely sucks most of the time. In every class, there’s always a ‘penut gallery’ so to speak, filled with absolute retards. In my sophomore year, the sophomore studen council misspelled ‘sophomore’ on the school t-shirts. ZOMGWTFBBQ . The people in student council are supposed to be the most school loving kids. My math class was a problem too. Out of 25 kids, there were (to my standards) only 5 people in there (one girl who I like) that weren’t part of the penut gallery. They were all absolutly horrible. Calculators were flying all the time, paper balls in the air, RAP music playing… sigh
Now, I’m not saying that I don’t talk, I just don’t talk around those people. When I’m with my friends, I have a great time and love socializing.
Deep thinking is one of my interests but its hard to progress with whatever it is you’r thinking if you cant discuss it with others. Personally I dont know how many people that follow my idea of an individuals knowledge and view of the world to be 1/6.000.000.000 and that the only way to understand truth a.k.a 1 is to be open-minded and discuss in order to gain insight and thought patterns.
Knowing that I also know how incredibly frustrating it can be with close-minded individuals who refuse to realise that their view of the world isnt absolute and a dogma that should be followed by other. One result of that is isolation from the “masses” which in turn is considered being socially challenged.
I can’t really understand what you’re saying here. Are you saying that I’m not making an effort to try something new? Sry if this seems stupid, it’s just a little confusing to me .
Ahhh, the sophomore’s… your description matches the flashbacks I encounter whenever I’m revisited with such childish behavior from even those above the age of 30. Yes, sadly, there are idiots who find it entertaining to loadup their straws with spitballs beyond high school, or to throw their beer cans at nearby pedestrians. You sound rather mature for 15, and that’s a great characteristic to have, but naturally, don’t rush growing up too soon as I did (yeah, I know, it sounds mundane and cliche, but that piece of advice is valuable). Keep socializing and building relationships, but continue to think freely against the herd.
I think Rbt was saying that we’re all here to improve our lives regardless of where we stand socially. In other words, pheromones are not a crutch for self-improvement - which is an aswer that is addressed to the original post.
You and me both. We should create a Master Mind team (Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill) of everyone on this forum. By the way, if you haven’t read that book, then I suggest you do so. It really has helped me to organize the chaos running around through my mind. It has also helped me to understand a lot about human behavior, and how our thoughts can be realized with the proper structure.
It is difficult when trying to bridge the subject matter into something profound only to find out that these people are programmed to reject anything that isn’t designed for their understanding. I often wonder how people learn anything at all. Perhaps they don’t, and everything they “learn” is actually misinformation fed to them as being factual. That is another ability that is a rarity nowadays - the innate function of being able to weed out the bullshit from the meat of the truth. I can go on for hours about this with given examples that could branch into another level of discussion, but I’ll spare this thread from such a hijacking.
changzan - I’m saying that even though we are of somewhat vastly different ages, we agree on the point. And that except for a few exceptions most people who post here are open-minded enough to try new things and grow. And what mindset said. Sorry if unclear. Have been somewhat distracted and in a hurry.
I’d be willing to bet money that most (if not all) people who buy pheros don’t have as much sex/power/friends/etc as they would like to have…but doesn’t that go for 99% of the world? Is there anyone who couldn’t use more of one of those things in their lives? People spend billions everyday on products that appeal to those looking to self improve…pheros are just like nice clothes, good haircuts, and expensive cars- they might help you get through a door that may have been otherwise closed, but they won’t keep you there if you can’t hold your own.
well i am a phero user myself and my case doesn’t match up with “social retard” at all i met ppl very easily its my mission when i go to large events with different women and guys to just have fun and met new faces and find sum common ground to make friendships. im not a person that likes to be by myself i love being with people that like to talk cause it gives me a chance to talk . (thats y i love my baby girl so much ). my problem more is that i would like an extra kicker and i end up as more of a friend pheros give me an extra edge over other guys and being more of a fun guy toy .
to answer ur question though i know alot more ppl that r “social retards” (many of my friends). they don’t ever leave the group and they don’t talk to girls i basically have to take a mallet to there heads to live outside there shells. none of them wear pheros though so i think more of the social retards r in society and idk what kinda of pheros Androtics can come up with but i highly doubt they could ever be a permanent fix to wat there personality is already like. THIS IS JUST MY SMALL OPINION!!
if you were getting laid every day by hot girls, you really think you’d even contemplate adverts designed to play on the fact most men consider women an area of life they want to get solved
This is a great thread. No sarcasm here by all means. I love it. I think the jist of everything to say has been said. People are conditioned the moment they exit the womb. Life experiences or lack thereof define their sociability.
Success and not being a social retard/failiure don’t always go hand in hand. Some people have wealth but fail socially. Case in point this episode of Blind Date I had watched. Dude was a millionaire but his personality was non-existant. Boring as fuck and a complete failure at trying to court the woman.
People are conditioned from birth till death and perception is ever changing. Events can nuture social potential and crush it.
I think people looking to pheromones as a means to the solution of their troubles are extremely misguided. If you sucked at social human interaction before you used pheromones what makes you think they alone will fix your ability to communicate? They can help influence the outcome of sociability, and assist at building a social skillset. They will never address and fix the real issues.
Unless of course you wean yourself off of them. Or fix it first without their use to reap the full effect.
Do already successful people that have everything go great need a little edge? Of course they do. It’s what we call insecurity. Our mental conditioning plays upon insecurities and how they’re reflections of ourselves.
Conversely if only the social animals really benefit from usage then couldn’t it all be argued as just mental placebo in a well conditioned social archetype?
Fuck I just woke up real philosophical today. LOL.
The answer (or the “no answer”) is that it all depends.
Here are some person specific and environmental factors that help clarify the situation:
1. Social contexts and cultures are different. Consider a foreigner approaching people in a conservative or xenophobic country where the “default” perception of any foreigner is negative. That’s a tremendous challenge to breaking the ice.
2. Individuals often have specific weaknesses. Speaking for myself, I’m very successful in befriending women (non-sexual) at the workplace and have some real fun relationships. On the romantic side, I have had at least 3 women express such interest and 2 of them did so quite intensely. However, in the area of meeting strangers (no common ground) and striking up short-term sexual friendships, I’m batting absolute zero. Even this I nearly achieved a couple of years ago, but did not pursue it.
3. Language. Successful communication requires a certain level of language skill as well. Again, consider a person in a foreign country with a minimal knowledge of the native tongue - even if locals speak English, the “connection” is not as strong.
Giving it some thought, one can see that making blanket statements regarding the social skills of pheromone users is unlikely to be true.
Regarding Jasmin’s comment, I’d say it’s all a matter of perspective i.e. how does one define success with women? The parameters to evaluate this are different for everyone.
I think that is pretty much what most experienced users are indeed saying.
Pheromones are only a “booster” to enhance what is already there.
They aren’t magic. They aren’t going to overcome major weaknesses or flaws. As one leading member of this forum (and “that other forum”) has said many a time (to paraphrase)… “put pheromones on a corpse and you still have a corpse.”
You still need social skills. Communication skills. “Presentation” skills (eg how you dress, carry yourself, etc). How your face and deal with the world and the people in it. You should find your path (or at least “a” path)and stay on it a while. Find out what works for you in all senses. It’s about who you are as well as what you are.
I consider myself somewhat socially “challenged,” sure. Welcome to the club. Pheromones help, but I also know I have to develop my skill sets and overcome those challenges, or at least learn how to lessen those challenges. They are just part of the toolbox.
