“Had a chance to spend some time w/ meo-est. Can’t say that I noticed any reactions from others, except for a couple of comments regarding smell. Once described as piss and the second time she said it was more like vinegar than piss. I did notice that it had the tendency to draw my attention internally, i.e. I was more aware of breathing, heartbeat, etc. I also noticed a bit of a mood lift. It had a “motivating” influence on me, but not the same as things like TAA or Instant Shine. When I use TAA or Instant Shine I have to do something moreso than meo-est, i.e. I can just as easily be idle w/ meo-est unlike TAA/Instant Shine. Meo-est does seem to accentuate my perception of my physiological responses to certain pheromones. It seems to make Instant Shine shine a little brighter and it definitely intensifies my reaction to the Androstenone in Turn Up The Heat. I OD on just 2 sprays of Turn Up The Heat “warm” and if there’s meo-est in the mix it’s very overwhelming to me so I can imagine that others may have a similar experience. Overall, it doesn’t really seem to do much on its own, but it may be beneficial as a “booster” for use in mixes.”

“…I’d noticed I wasn’t getting the ridiculous results that I remember getting around Jan 06. Pulled out the MEO-EST 25mcg (which I had been saving for special occasions) and back to take-over-the-room vibe. (Applied to enhance a social mix containing alphanol, TAA/Shine, A314, none/NPA, P74 etc).”

“High dosages of MEO-EST in combination with other pheros (or even natural pheros) creates stronger responses from certain people, without causing ODs as quickly, but irritates more people and seems to activate allergies more easily.”

“Tater does not recommend using P79 or MEO-EST on their own. Some of the pheros MEO-EST amplifies are not nice pheros. You can have a very bad response, and its just not predictable.”

“Tater has described MEO-EST as a way to add oomph to a mix, but mentioned that it adds crudeness, like MSG on food. I think thats because it only amplifies certain pheros, and possibly only certain resultant pheros that your own body generates. Its a spin-factor kind of phero. TAF seems to be similar but theres only a little overlap in what exactly it does. TAF seems to have a consistent scattering effect, even across multiple people.”

“…Correct, but theres more. Tater also believes that MEO-EST only enhances certain things, and CAN enhance your natural pheros too. But it also seems crude when it does it…kinda like MSG covers lower quality food but it still isnt as good as the real thing.”

More evidence of Meo-Est’s role as an intensifier comes from sugarspice. Interestingly, she says ‘use with caution’ which might be similar to some of Tater’s warnings earlier (see quoted text above)…
