Back at it again-Advice on Using IO and Ammo??

Hi all,

It’s been a good 5 years since my last post, a lot has happened in my life but am excited to get back to it again :slight_smile:

Currently using some instant shine everyday to work, 3 sprays, 1 shot to the chest, 1 on each wrist, haven’t noticed any effects on anyone just yet, but I’ve been a lot chattier and have had a “don’t care” attitude…normal??:confused:

Will be ordering Ammo and Instant Openness soon..
Ammo + IO for nightlife

Any advice on how to use IO?
I’m 6’2 and 235lbs. (not to sound conceited but I am in great shape and receive compliments about my body from peers :smiley:) but most people shy away from me when they meet me. Any tips on usage would be helpful, I love meeting new people and I don’t want them to be intimidated because of my stature, so anything to soften up my appearance helps a ton!

If you are prone to being physically intimidating, maybe try using IO on its own first, to find a dose that makes you less imposing.

Then add the Ammo one spray at a time till you get a working balance.
