I just got ammo today and plan on trying that out, I go to the bars on the weekend and I actively approach women, whether they are in groups or alone whatever lol I approach.
is IO openness a good product for this? or ammo+IO? they also gave me some IH as a bonus.
For strangers/fun times, yes. Once you’ve broken the ice between you and them, it’s a good idea to switch to IH.
Wearing too many/too long Alpha Nols can make you seem too beta.
Though when wearing IH, you have to pull more work. Some people become introverted and not likely to speak out. But when you get someone talking, there’s no limit to what topics you may begin talking about. For good or bad. This is why it’s also good to already be on good relations with who ever you are around wearing this stuff.
I recommend 2 sprays AMMO, 2 sprays IO and 1 spray IH - IO in my experience breaks the ice and make people want to talk and IH steers the conversation into more personal topics.
IO helps a lot, yes but its a straight social/conversational. If you are looking to promote attraction, you should pair it with something a bit more sexual - Ammo is good in bars/general socialising, whilst TUTH/IO (esp with IS) is a good one in more raunchy environments like clubs.
Including a little IH is also a good one but it can get you landed with someone who wants to talk your head off! 
ok, just got IO, so you recommend this? it seems like a lot of sprays, wouldn’t i smell a bit too much?
also where would i spray all this? can i spray my chest with both ammo and IO both together or something else?
Ammo is the only one in a cologne-style scent. All the Instants are in 6% Neroli, which settles very light after half an hour or so. you can manage quite a lot of sprays before it gets too strong.
All these are fine on your chest if you are going bare chested but otherwise it will work against you. At 26, you should be able to use all pheros where they are open to diffuse. Spraying on the chest under clothing is a tactic for young guys (ie late teens) using very overt pheros like TUTH - it slows diffusion and helps make it more manageable around younger women. By mid 20s, you are past that.
Try the app points sticky in Mens - lots of ideas for effective applications there but don’t get too hung-up, so long as it has good circulation and is open to the air to diffuse, its a viable app point.
