I am a 25 yo asian male. I am relatively new to pheromones, but being the overachieving medical student that I am, I would ultimately like to create mixes to use for each of these settings:
my medical work/professional setting
hanging out with mostly hetero friends
hanging out with mostly gay friends.
I am interested in men mostly, but occasionally a woman will do it for me.
Taking into account my limited budget and what I want to do with the pheromones I have come up with the following list of pheromones to purchase:
mx 102
mx 136
Ammo TO-GO Instant Honesty TO-GO
Instant female magic TO-GO
Mystery Boy (comes with p88, p79, p74, p83)
As suggested on the forum I am thinking about trying each pheromone for a week and then start combining them after that.
Any suggestions for dosages to start out and where to apply for each product?
Any suggestions for the best mixes w/ dosages for the above 3 situations?
I also have a medical board examination coming up. The whole thing lasts for 9 hours and I need to answer 400 hundred computer based multiple choice questions. I need to pass this exam to continue on with the rest of my medical education.
Any suggestions on the best individual pheromones or mixes, dosages that can help me maintain my mental sharpness and high level of energy and recall through out this grueling day?
For Mystery Boy how do I choose between fresh club scent or the darker amber musk scent?
I don’t wear colognes very often, but when I do, I have received complements on Adidas dynamic pulse, Axe Phoenix and Paco Rabanne. Mind you these are the only three I have ever worn, so there aren’t much to compare them to. Here are their notes according to some websites.

Anyhow to answer your question I have only wore three colognes in my life and I don’t wear them that often, but I have gotten complemented on all three. Here are the notes:

Cologne 2:contains rosemary, lavender, bergamot and is accented with sage, carnation and cedar
Cologne 3: top notes: citrus, lavendar, geranium / middle notes: warm violet , earthy notes / base notes: leather, musk
I don’t know why you wopuld be getting moderated - I know there was a glitch on the board, but I thought it had been sorted. And mentioning cologne brandnames would definitely NOT get you moderated here. We name-drop all the time.
Anyways - I think you should go with the fresh club scent - That was my initial impression based on your stats, and now seeing the colognes you choose for yourself - which are all pretty light and clean - it reinforces the idea.

I was thinking the fresh scent as well looking at my colognes, but I wasn’t completely sure, because I have never worn amber/musk scents to compare them with. Thanks for your advice. :o
What’s your opinion on which version of ammo to use?
well I haven’t used ammo at all - but my general rule is to get the basic off-the-shelf togo formulas. Test them and figure out what my optimal dosage is, and then get the custom formula that has that dosage in a minimal amount of sprays at the best price possible.
and I think with any -none product - it’s better to ease in slowly. I’ve had fights break out around me, wearing just a smidge too much -none - and I’m a chick.
it’s possible tho, that being asian you can carry off more -none then others - but everyone is different, so you should test that yourself.
a good way of doing that - is the first time you wear the togo bottle - just try sprays and go about your business and see what happens.
a few days later, try 5-6 sprays, and see what happens - be prepared for things to get wacky - but then again, things may not. Just watch how you feel and act, and how those around you feel and act.
between how the minimal spray and the maximal sprays affect you and others, you can triangulate your most effective dosage, and then know what to order when you reup.
I work in a field where the respect vibe is very important but a little romance vibe for my wife helps too. In your situation, you need something that will enhance you in the eyes of your professors and the attendings/residents you will be working with when you do your rotations and rounds - in addition to anything you are looking for in your outside social activities. I would seriously consider the following:
A314 - give you the respect vibe your professors or attending physicians would normally have. This may up their respect for you as well as fellow students, etc. The MX 102 is kinda similar to this but I prefer the newer version which is:
MX 172 - This is a mix based on A314 (& MX 102) but not as “heavy” as A314 - plus a slight romance note for the ladies (female peers of interest) - but not enough to overpower the respect vibe.
Instant Openness and Instant Honesty - will help working with patients, get them to open up to you, offset any heavy respect vibe from A-314. You don’t want to miss any critical info when taking a history or talking to them in their rooms. Plus this (in conjunction with the A-314/MX 172 respect vibe) may help open up the faculty to talking to you more like a peer than a student.
Instant Gentleman - Give you an older, sophisticated vibe - this might be good in lieu of A-314 in those cases where you might be spending more time with females (fellow students/single female professionals) than with an attending even if you really have no intention of romance. Just the vibe tends to help lubricate social interactions.
If you use a citrus or “light” scents it will usually cover the neroli well enough (but not completely) although some people have comments the neroli has a slightly “over-ripe” citrus smell. I have found that this can be the case but it seems to depend on the product. IE how much neroli scent they need to cover the pheromone smell. Plus - the neroli scent - once it dries down - is light enough for situations where a strong cologne scent may not be considered appropriate - which will be most of your rotations or rounds. Some people start sneezing/react to colognes or just don’t like a heavy cologne scent and you will not want that to interfere in your interactions with them - esp. in front of your attendings. Plus a heavy cologne scent will just be considered unprofessional.
The Ammo scent is a good general purpose cologne scent - I have never had a complaint about the scent - but it is quite different from the neroli. One thing to consider when mixing products - the Ammo scent will mostly but not completely cover the neroli scent. The Ammo scent may be OK for classes but will most likely be a little strong for rotations/rounds per my comment above.
PS - they seldom hang anything up for moderators review - if you have trouble posting it is a connection/server problem usually. We all discuss colognes by brand name here, pheromone products by other companies and even the names those companies. Most of us use multiple products sold by a couple other companies and the owners of this forum know that. The only thing in relation to other products/companies you cannot do is post a link to them.
How about some A314 and some P79, to help you focus and not be scattered. Maybe som P93 too, to keep you in an upbeat mindeset . Perhaps TAF too, but I haven’t played with it enough to say whether it would be good for that scenario or not.
You are not going to have any interactions with anyone for the boards so other than making yourself feel good I do not think that pheromones will help you there. I think you might really want to keep your mind completely clear for your boards.
The P79 might help you concentrate but I would play with it first to be sure. I would NOT go with the TAF - might cause you to be too aware of everything going on around you than on just the test.
this is what i was thinking too. whether it would have him focusing on everything but what he needed to focus on. i really need to spend time with TAF.
You need to test it (the P79) to see if you succeed to study better with it, hopefully before examination time…
Everyone’s different but it helped me at dance lessons.. even when I had work to do I found it to be good but I only tried the latter once..
I can’t seem to find mx172 under the experimental mixes. I am not sure where it went.
Can I pull off Instant Gentlemen at 25?
Can IG be worn at work?
Would it be ok if I applied an essential oil based fragrance after a couple of sprays of pheros?
Will this make the pheros last longer since they are under an oil cover?
I will add instant openness to my list. How is the combination of IH and IO different from CTTM 2?
How does ammo compare mx 105? They both seem to be very good social mixes from the feedback.

In case anyone was curious the colognes were Adidas Dynamic Pulse (my favorite ), Paco Rabanne, Axe Phoenix. I was excited to find out that some stores carry a cologne version of Dynamic Pulse. I have been using the after shave version up until that point . Needless to say the smell didn’t last very long.

Forget about using pheromones for your med reg exam.
These things are fun to play with and are sometimes helpful in social settings. The question is, are you attending your med board exam to socialise or to show what you have worked so hard for for the past 6 yrs?

By the way, if you feel you must take or use something for that extra edge, perhaps you could look into something called Biotest Spike. It worked nicely for me.

I wouldn’t do it as it may impede the diffusion. Better a cologne probably than an essential oil. The alternative is to use an oil like a314 I think or to do an advanced mix of adding pheros to the EO fragrance itself…
Anyway you can try and check what your results are. But they might not be as good as without the essential oil fragrance..
Instant Gentleman may be just the thing for a young guy - make you seem a little older and more suave-kinda cool if that is what you might look for. You certainly can wear it at work - but understand the difference between it and A314. A314 is more of a heavy respect vibe. All depends what you want to do. IG might be more effective with your classmates I would think whereas A314 might help you more with faculty/attendings in ways I mentioned above. I have used both together.
If you cannot find MX 172 call and ask Jasmin to add it to the order. It does cost more.
Hard to wrong with Ammo. I use one of the Mx variants - good but again costs more $$.
I have never used Come Talk To Me Mix 2. Cannot tell you the difference.
And again - try the P79 before you wear it into your boards. You cannot afford to play make-up if you mess up on the first try.
