That has got to be the single best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Called them up to fix my shipping address, I didn’t even have the order number, and they fixed it on the spot! You know how utterly impossible that would be on most sites? They even let me add a free ammo to my 2 day old order! And it was all updated to to my internet account before I could hit the refresh button. Fast, friendly, and way more effective than anything I’m used to. Major kudos to the Andriotics staff!
