Revisited this useful little thing last night 
PRODUCT - P125, 12.5mcg Akuto
- BetaNol, 50mcg, Akuto
APPLICATION - Spray to each wrist of P125, 2 sprays to throat P125. Waited a couple of minutes and then 1 spray Betanol to throat.
SELF EFFECTS - Felt upbeat and happy to be doing what I was doing. great day for it - sun was shining, I’d been for a run, work was over - that cheery what a wonderful world feeling I get from P125
EFFECTS TO OTHERS - My GF had invited a friend of hers over for a BBQ and a few drinks. They hadn’t caught up for awhile and it had caused a bit of tension between them. The friend has been going through a rough patch in her relationship for about 6 months but just won’t help herself when it comes to sorting things out. That’s worn on my GF who keeps trying to be supportive but has pretty much run out of sympathy given this girl keeps putting herself back in the same situation.
Anyway The upshot is that I didn’t expect this night to be all that good. I expected tension between the girls, tears from the friend when her latest issues came up in conversation - in short, the same sort of thing i’ve seen the last couple of times the three of us have hung out. Hence me choosing the little P125 happy juice.
As we hung out in the kitchen preparing food, the mood lightened noticeable within minutes. Everyone was talking, laughing, helping out. Plenty of friendly banter and stirring. Even though there were only three of us, the vibe went from “dinner” to “party” if that makes sense. Hell, let’s have a few wines, it’s only Friday tomorrow, lifes too short not to have fun.
I cooked up a magnificent BBQ and we sat around eating, talking. A couple of wines for the girls and a few beers for me. Wow - this was the most fun the three of us have had in a long time hanging out.
Eventually, the relationship issues did surface, but there were no tears at all! I can’t credit the mones, really, for this. The girl does seem to be slowly coming to terms with things and looking to move on.
After the friend left, my GF just wanted to keep partying…and talking (damn BetaNol, lol)
We were out of wine and beer - so we hit up the Vodka. Hey, you only live once right? Let’s make a night of it. I’m finding P125 really makes you want to enjoy everything and it certainly very clearly hits others - I don’t think I’ve seen as obvious a response on someone else with any other P.
In all, a really fun night which I am now paying for… I feel very scratchy this morning at work…I wonder if anyone will notice if I curl up under the desk and nap…
