Everything is flight-safe and fit within TSA regulations. 
(One time, I smelled A314 on a TSA agent btw. haha)
They are the same rules as all of your travel-sized toiletries, they have to go in a 1 quart clear baggy.
I would anyway in case something leaks.
Just about everyone has some kind of cologne or after shave in their luggage, so you’ll be fine.
