Travelling with mones

I am flying internationally tomorrow from the US to the UK. Has anyone had any issues bringing mones with them in their carry on bag? I don’t think I am going to risk bringing my brand new bottle of A314 (which really bums me out). But I was thinking a to go of IH and TUTH

be careful they may take it away

From what I have seen, it’s probably best to pack your mones in a bag that you don’t carry on, and then they’re least likely to be removed by security.

Ah, for the good old days, when people didn’t do stupid sh*t like turn themselves into a bomb.

I travel nearly monthly nationally or internationally and have never–not once–had a problem with mones in checked or carry-on baggage. I put them in small atomizers–Togos or Sephora atomizers–and place in a clear quart sized plastic bag, per TSA regulations. I mix them in with hand cream, cologne, toothpaste, etc., and they have never been given a second look. The TSA limit is 3 fluid oz per bottle of liquid. Just don’t do something stupid like hide an atomizer in a pocket. You’ll get noticed in the metal detector or body scan and draw further inspection. Also, don’t carry any bottles marked “ammunition.”

I never travel with the large 30ml glass bottles as they tend to leak and are easily broken. I put just the amount of SOE and A314 I need in a small roll-on bottle. Thus, your main supply is still safe at home should a mishap occur.

Thanks guys,

I’m just going to throw a couple to go’s in a quart bag with a good mix of toothpaste, facial products, lotion etc. I took the labels off and put a little reminder in marker on the bottom of each. If I lose them, not a big loss. I’ll risk $20 (actually one was a free gift) for the opportunity of enhanced social interactions.

Appreciate the help

With the togo bottles, i would tape the screwed-on ends together as a safety measure, decompression and all.
I once travelled with togo bottles in my checked-in suitcase, and some of them leaked into the cap.
Fortunately the cap held the few drops in, so they didn’t really go to waste

I’m glad you stepped up Gegogi, that makes things a lot clearer and easier for me for when I travel.

I’ve travelled multiple times with Androtics products with my carryon (Always carry-on for business).

Everything androtics sells is below the 75ml limit - I was asked once what all the bottles were and I just said cologne samples (he smelled it and sent me on my way)
