Yes you can. In fact, if you take a look at the buy page on the androtics market you can see some very basic mixtures you can try with a314.

I personally would refrain from mixing the two bottles together.
It is more effective to find a good application point and apply it there. Take a look at the stickies at the top of the forum. I would link to them, but I’m posting this on my phone.
Also take a look at the sweet spot application tutorial. That will help give you an idea about the who, what, when, where, and how much of each mone you should apply.
Are you using the spray form or the oil form of a314? I have the bottle dropper and the spray bottle of IH.
I use 2 drops of a314 spread along my jaw line and a dab just below the nose for the self effects.
For instant honesty, I like adding 2 sprays. One to my wrists and one into my hair. If I’m feeling ballsy I’ll do 4 and spray it onto my pulse points below the ears.
Try doing testing first of both the pheromones separately to gauge the individual effects. My best friend gave the CTTM2 mx407 bottle a spray at 5 sprays (mx407 is a 50/50 mix of IO and IH). He’s normally very quiet and he ended up having verbal diarrhea and saying really funny things.
Be vary of the effects so you can steer interactions using the mones instead of the mones steering you.
Don’t mix them in the bottles - Layer the products when you apply them. Allow a couple of minutes to dry between each layer.
If you are using a314 in oil, you need to keep those app points apart from any spray phero as you will wreck the diffusion. A314 sprays can be layered like anything else.
Right…let’s clarify. You don’t want to mix products together in bottles. You’ll want to apply a particular product, and then apply the next one. Think of what you are trying to accomplish first though.
For example, A314 will get you respect…depending on if you apply the correct dose for your age. Next, apply some IH over the A314. IH will garner some deeper conversations. What will happen is two things…
First, you’ll be saving the individual products for future use by themselves. Secondly, you will be able to properly does each product depending on your need. You may find that 1 drop of A314 is perfect for you. You may then find that 2 or even 3 sprays of IH are right on the money. You will save money by not wasting product, and hence, they will last longer.

Thanks friends, for your kind guidence. As I understand, A314 cannot be mix in any other pheromone. Earlier I assumed that, I can mix 5ml of A314 in IH & 5ml in AMU.

Which A314 are you asking about?
If its the oil, no you can’t mix/layer with it but if its the sprays, yes you can but layering is a better and far less wasteful way of using it.
In Feb 2011, I purchased TUTH & IH, also freebie of AMM. Now planning to order IH & AMU, plus A314 spray or oil…still confused r last one, which will be suitfull for me, spray or oil?

I would say oil is best in most situations but it really depends on how you want to use it.
If it is for work, then oil, by far. The similar impact A314/b is also good if you want a cheaper way of trying it out.
A314/a is higher-impact and maybe better in social/dating situations but the sprays are shorter acting and less cost effective in the long run.
hmmm, so I should think for oil…but there is great difference in currency value…
