Can these be opened?
I want to recycle an empty bottle, and can’t figure out if this bottle can untwist or not.
Yes it can, just remove the label first.

Dead easy to reuse IME and I’ve never had a problem unscrewing the pump.
Remember to seal it with a bit of tape when you refill - they can unscrew in your pocket. :o

Now, What Is The Best Way To Get Something From The 30ml And Into The ToGo? Dropper?
A dropper can be good, although many are not accurate. Radman offers advice on accurate droppers in a fairly recent thread.
Personally I use a graduated scientific pipette - cheap accurate and dead easy. Mark em & keep using the same one for each component phero you use. Personally I tend to dispose and replace.
After that, I use the little funnel that came with a quality atomiser for adding the cologne/dilutant.
In a pinch, you can just spray from the 30ml directly into the togo. Just make sure everything is sterile before doing so.
If you want to make sure your pipettes are quality, I recommend:

We do spot checking throughout our stock to ensure their accuracy. (While I can’t say 100%, we at least do everything we can to check them.)

Do I need 1 pipette for each mone? So if I have IS, IO, IH, AMMO and TUTH, I need to buy 5?
It’s advisable. Say you dip the pipette in TuTH and add your drops to an empty bottle, now if you use that same pipette for IO you’ve essentially contaminated the contents. Now granted a little rediual none from a pipette in a 30 ml bottle of IO probably won’t do much damage but it makes things less than precise for testing and research purposes.
If dealing with smaller bottles, or multiple uses over time it really can make things unpredictable.
Yes you should - for the reasons outlined above.If the dollar a time for pipettes from Androtic seems too much, you can probably pick-up a box of 500 decent quality pasteur pipettes off Ebay for around fifteen-20 dollars. That should last a while! 
So the pipette is a one time use? I just bought 5 of them, but does that mean everytime I refill I throw away the pipette and buy 5 more? Or can I label each pipette with the specific mone and use it again for that mone?
Ideally, yes you should dispose of them each time, however reusing for each phero is the next best option

Absolutely, you don’t want to cross contaminate.
I’ve just sprayed it into a to-go when I needed to without the pipettes. You can also use a funnel to do it, but you’d need 5 for the different products you have.
