So, as the roundabout title of my thread states, I’ve got a question.
I really want to start messing around and mixing pheros. Since I won’t have access to the advanced section of the site for another year, I was wondering if it would be silly to try and mix the commercial lines together?
Yes, I know I do that every time I spray multiple products on myself, but I was wondering what would happen if for instance, I took a few drops from Instant Shine and added them to a few of Instant Honesty and let them sit for a few days? Or maybe add something like Ammo to the mix, and so on and so forth, etcetera, etcetera…
Now I know the instant line has been formulated to stand on their own, but if I fiddled with them like I would experimental products, would the chemical properties change? Would it be worth it to look into and try (kind of like phero-mixing training wheels), or am I better of just spraying them on myself as usual?
Frankly the reactions would be just about the same as if you sprayed them on one by one. You would no longer have versitility of changing your applications around on different days though. Once you mix your pretty much stuck with that mix.
New people are encouraged to only use comsumer products per Jasmins update but at this time I know new people are ordering customs and until she changes the website or makes that section password protected then order. I am assuming since the advanced section is back up she is excepting those orders. Just be prepared to wait a really long time for it and post reports on all the products you get.
I think Tisha is suggesting that you not take the whole bottle of something and mix it with a bottle of something else. You cant UN-mix anything and that pretty much commits you.
However, compositing (mixing your pheros into a vial, letting it sit in the dark for a few days, and then spraying the resulting concoction) tends to be more reliable, at least for me, than spraying one thing over another. I also find it better to apply by pouring out a measured amount than by spraying, but i tend to be a bit anal about dosages.
That to but I am referring to the Instant line of products which is what he asked about. Advanced products are the ones for mixing. Your more likely to throw the mix off then you are to improve it which is what MH said, so I think alot more experience is needed before people venture there.
If you have the money to spend and can risk losing use of some of your mones go for it. Just conveying what I was told.
And no, for the record, I have little droppers and vials to measure out the liquid, I wouldn’t just go at it blind
Eh, I’ll think about ordering from the advanced section, but I kind of feel bad for everyone at androtics for having to deal with so many custom orders. We’ll see I guess.
