Delta's Journal

2011.12.20.1130: Received pheromone shipment containing:
Product: “To Go” A314 spray 1.29A (herein referred to as A314[A])
Product: “To Go” Instant Honesty (herein referred to as IH)
Packing: ~4"x12" bubble wrap surrounding spray bottles
Paper: Invoice
Bonus: 2X Daim candy

Comments:
The order was for A314**+IH (confirmed on aforementioned invoice), and the shipment contained A314[A]+IH, which is a higher concentration and monetary value. This was presumed to be a bonus.

The container of IH had a minor defect; approx two sprays of substance, presumably IH, was in the cap area of the bottle.

Invoice had a hand-written thank-you note, complete with smiley face. Handwriting was a little difficult to read, however, the subject was impressed.

Proceedings:
The bonus candy was quickly and properly “disposed of”.

Substance in IH bottle cap, assumed to be IH, was applied evenly over both wrists. Exact amount unknown. 1 spray of A314[A] was applied to front of neck, then a small amount of that spray was transferred via finger to directly beneath subject’s nose.

Subject reports immediate minor lightheadedness that lasted about one minute. Within five minutes, a mental feeling became noticeable - best description was “slight push in the back of my head to do something, similar to the effects of drinking coffee”.

Subject also made note of returning headache from earlier in the morning and is most likely unrelated.

Human interaction testing is planned for this evening.

Congrats on the journal, delta! You’ve gotten the ‘bonus’, I see. That candy is the first to go when I get it in my package.

Waiting impatiently for the commencement of ‘human interactions’ trials!

Now, I am subscribed to your journal…

2011.12.20:1300 Interaction: work.

Subject had a brief interaction with a potential client for his employers. Application remained as described in previous entry. Target was a business owner in his mid 50s, approx 6’1", 220lbs athletic, dressed business casual.

Subject’s Description:
He arrived fairly apprehensive, as my bosses hadn’t responded to his phone calls. A few minutes later, he was back to a standard professional mood (think management drones talking to each other). This could be seen as fairly standard, but considering I’m 20 and dressed like a college student (he stopped by my apartment, which is also my office) I really don’t look like middle-management and most people I work with are immediately put off by me age.

This could be coincidence or an effect of the test substances; there is no evidence to confirm either way, but it’s possible the substances provided a positive influence.

2011.12.20:1230 Interaction: food.

Application from 2011.12.20.1345 still in effect.

Subject got lunch at a small burrito store.

Subject’s Description:
I walked in and got into the line to order and immediately spotted an old co-worker at a nearby table on the other side of a mid-torso high wall. Remembering the IH applied to my wrists, I rested my hands on the wall, about 1.5ft from the target’s face. I was a little surprised that he seemed to ignore his friends at the table and fixated on our conversation… the things we talked about made me a believer in IH. Note that I say “we” - both of us were clearly being effected.

Two guys ahead of me in line seemed to be a little fidgety, but I think they were doing this before they came within range. When I did come within range, they attempted to move out of it and did not make eye contact (this is New Hampshire - you smile and say hello to complete strangers all the time). Not sure if this was connected to the mones or not.

Subject noted increased desire to take action, as well as difficulty disguising amusements when reminded of a funny memory.

Review:
While none of the above results are in any way conclusive or even enough to support a valid hypothesis, it does warrant further research. Individual substance testing is also clearly required to isolate results. Thorough blind testing on multiple subjects will be required before making any conclusions.
