Sheesh with all the PM’s and phone calls I really commend you for keeping such a positive attitude towards things. I know how that must feel actually.
During high school I worked customer service for an online watch retailer taking customer service calls and replying to e-mails. It got really taxing during the holiday season, and sometimes I felt so buried underneath a load of constantly acculumulating work that I never thought I’d see the end of it!
