TUTH is pure AndrosteNONE which is the sexual one, that is the one you don’r want to overdose with. Ammo is a mix of the basic 3. The rest are more in your ally.
I would scrap TUTH and keep Ammo as the only sexual based pheromone assuming you really want it, but you said you have no problem attracting girls.
Just to help us assume how much you produce what is your age and ethnicity?
I’m 28. Ethnicity..I dunno, something like Mediterranean.
To give you an outline I’m 6’2 230lbs around 8%bf. Size 32 waist with very broad shoulders. My ex said I look like batman from the cartoon. No I don’t have any problem attracting women but I want the one that is attracted to me to just let go of resistance and go nuts 
I thought about adding in a little IG but I’m not sure how that would work with my personality since I am already very gentleman like at times.

I didn’t get IG right away myself because people claimed about the self effects of it making people more repressed and mannered, so I thought I would forget about it. Although IJ is strong on the -None (Sexual) for my age I wanted to see the bad boy self effects, didn’t happen. The self effects are not guaranteed but the Instant Shine delivers there.
IG is suggested strongly at attracting younger girls, or atleast breaking the ice. To me it’s the only mone with AndrosteRONE in it besides A314 being a powerhouse.
It’s suggested often that you need to be congruent with the pheromones you wear so already being a nice guy can work well with IG for that case. I only ordered IG recently and although I haven’t gotten to test it out much I wish got it from the beginning (My 3rd order, read sig to see what I have, no doubles except for Shine since it’s awesome).
Anyway 6’2" 220+lbs at sub 10% bf is big, I’m not the expert on this forum but I would assume that with your extra test would put your natural AndrosteNONE production well over mine being younger at 20. For me I can get by with 2 sprays of Ammo to see some crazy hair flipping other IOI’s, Anybody at 6’2"+ with lots of muscle can easily draw attention so you have the look to match with the -none. You might want to see how Ammo works with you alone to see how things work. IG + IS + either of the others should be enough to counter any negative backlash from the -none in ammo if it’s overpowering.

I ordered this next day, so it should be here by Friday morning. Which is perfect since my date is actually at 1pm on Friday. Going to a botanical garden. I’ll be driving and I figure it will take at least 20 minutes to get from her house to there. So that’s 20 min of full armoatising goodness. Not sure when I should apply all of these. Maybe 1 hr prior so it’s not too overwhelming?
Now am I supposed to mix these and spray 1 or 2 sprays total or spray 1 or 2 of each?
Some people report that Ammo smells bad but it’s really more of an issue that it’s strong. If you use Ammo than I suggest spraying it an hour in advance for sure considering using others along with it will just add even more to the scent.
One time I forgot about applying it ahead of time so I had some time to get to my car and back to class. Forgot if I used 1 or 2 sprays of ammo but when I went back in the class immediately with 3 minutes before class was ready to start there was some seriously over excessive hair flipping from almost every girl in the room. So the first few minutes of a fresh spray can be powerful. They were too intimidated to look also, wouldn’t be ideal for a pickup in that case.
Considering you landed the date I’m sure the attraction is there so I don’t think Ammo would be needed, the potential overload of -none assuming you produce excessive amounts naturally could backfire on you. I would suggest playing it safer for now with IH, see if she seems like she’s opening up faster, but IH isn’t meant to get them talking more in case you want to see it working. Try IH and IS for now, possibly IG along with it since it wouldn’t hurt.
Why no IO? Seems like it would be a good addition ‘From what I’ve read so far’
IO can be a good ice breaker by getting them to talk, but since you landed the date the ice was already broken so IH can add to the bonding factor and IS can elevate the mood. You could try IH + IO + IS.

Let me explain how she is.
She’s slightly reserved, in a bit of a shell. I know she’s got a wild side but she’s keeping it hidden. The main reason is that she’s 8 years younger than me. I thought she was mid 20’s when I first met her but you can’t tell these days. I’m trying to release the little monster a bit. Not completely close the deal if you know what I mean but just remove doubt if possible.
I could do this without the mones but I know it will take a bit of time with this one if I pursue her, I want her to pursue me.

IG is higher on the AndrosteRONE which is more effective on younger girls, where as -none is too intimidating to younger girls but more effective on the older ones. The age factor is just more against your favor on using Ammo. I have no doubt IG is the best one for this considering the age.
IG gives off the vibe of a leader or person of authority, commands respect. That along with the bonding effect that IH makes should easily give her the impression that your a catch who has this effect of opening up her feelings. You could stack IO also to get her talking more is you say she is a bit reserved. IS can never do any wrong. I’m sure everything else combined than do more than enough at buffering the none in Ammo.
I am not all big on stacking loads of things together but other people on here do that more often. I am looking to make an impression and ask out a really shy and quiet girl for thursday, last class. So you can bet that will be one of those days I stack up a mountain of mones to make an impression. Thing is i’m more concerned with making the score. In your case you already secured the date without any so adding a small amount is good enough. Using the full stack can surely make a good example for you to see them work. Spray ammo first so it dies down and IS last so it’s effect is the freshest if you do use everything.
I would stay away from the TUTH on the first date, in my opinion TUTH is something you would wear at a club or when your actually getting down and dirty. Some girls also think it smells bad so better to test it first before ya use it on her. TUTH is more for getting that sexual animal out. Plus if she’s reserved she might just clam up and say nothing. I like to wear IO if the date is a bit quiet or shy, IO gets them to babble away. IH will give a sense of closeness and trust (the I could tell you anything vibe, warning!! even the blunt stuff lol). IG give you a warm james bond sort of sense. Where a314 gives off the I AM James BOND effect lol

That sounds good mate. With social mixes you can’t really OD so you’ll be in good shape, stuff like TUTH and AMMO and A314 you want to find your sweet spot ( that means how many drops or sprays it takes before it puts people off)

Since you never used IS before I will imagine it’ll get you feeling high as a kite at 2x2. I don’t think it would be overkill but I have never really stacked so many socials at one time myself so I am not sure if 2x IH is good. I would wait for somebody else who tried a heavier load of socials to comment.
Since they are only single strength 1xIO and 1xIG is fine. Can always try just 1xIS I go heavy on socials at work with a314 and it’s awesome 
But since he hasn’t tested mixing just socials at low amounts is harmless. Even just go with IG and IH would be a good mix that mix always works well for me.
Plus if he was a teenager I would tone it down but he’s 28 so…
Keep in mind his size and muscle mass is already spiking more test and so does his anabolics. We can’t predict just how much he produces.
I can only imagine what IS would do to me. I normally am the guy who will go up to anyone and start talking. Hell I was at a bar the other day and this lady said she was a hair dresser to someone, so I went up and started touching her hair telling her how amazing it was and that I used to be a hair dresser myself.
She let me style her hair with some goop. I’ve never touched another persons hair in my life except to cut it all off, let alone style it lol. That’s just how I am, I like to have fun and people are drawn to me because I am so care free and always smiling.

Considering that girls are much shorter, anybody at 6’2" and even 180 probably looks like a tank to them. What if somebody 9-10 inches taller than you who was ripped walked past you? You could take some 5’7" IFBB pro bodybuilder and although he would look more ripped and most likely wider he would be looking small and weak next to you because of the overall size. Take away their tanning and body oils and nobody would even be looking at him anymore next to a much bigger person.
Actually even if he is a big guy, IO, IH and IS are betas and contain Nol not None, if he has really high none already then he would have to go easy on Ammo and Tuth. For more info checkout this..
