I live in London. But it dosent say Line Busy. It just says Ive dialled the wrong number. Here we are exactly 1 Hour after GMT time. So 9:35 GMT is 10:35 here.

Tiesto is comming to my town in few weeks. I was little disappointed in his new album though. Still a strong fan of him and Armin Van Buuren. As for the customer service, yea Jas is the only rep and they’re currently transitioning to a new lab. Just called her today and no one answered.

damn that alot of money. i still havnt experienced incredible results, but i still going to keep testing, so who makes products of andriotics, who manufactures? Just curious.

Everybody just be a little patient. The phone lines like the lab have been moved to better serve the customers into a super large facility. I don’t think anyone who has never been to El Lay has never experienced a true traffic nightmare.
I spoke to Jasmin today and everything is scheduled to be back on track very shortly.
Please, oh please do not post customer service related issues on the forum or you will be banned.
I can appreciate everyones anxiousness when wanting their products but to make everything automated is taking more time than we’d like. Patience my good forum friends, I have been waiting on an order just like everybody else.
Smartmones is the name of the store your buying from. Androtics is the name of the Lab and they make there own pheromones. This is one of the reasons why moving the lab has effected orders. They are 2 part of one big picture.
I know everyone is very eager to get theirs and since this is the net, it gets a little scary when things dont move along right away but I assure you as soon as they are moved in all the way which will be shortly things will be much smoother. They will have the room to store more products and things will stay in stock. They will have the room for more lab techs and maybe even a little help for Jasmin on the phones one of these days.
Up until about 6 months ago this was a small testing lab and company. There products are great and the word is spreading so they have grown rapidly. Jas is great with customer service and once you get to talk to her you will know why. The phone message does not say we are not here or number not working. It says we are in the process of moving to a larger lab. Orders will be delayed.
