I called the Androtics hotline yesterday and guess who answered? Jasmin! I have never had a fun time on the phone with a customer service rep before! I laughed half the time, and smiled the rest of the day.
For those of you who have not yet had the chance to hear her voice, I urge you to call in your next order, come up with a question, or do what you have to do to make that call. Jasmin really lets her personality shine through, enough to make me ask, “what pheromones are you wearing? (I want that!)”
I have been writing on this forum since Nov 2006, and had waited until this time to call in. I should have called my order in the first time, if I knew who was on the other end.
Jasmin, if you are reading this, you are great at what you do. The people you work for should give you a raise or something.
yeah i calle don my first order because i was having problems… and jasmin picke dup and she said something she said in the forums and i was like is this jasmin she wa slike yes this is malacide it was so funny she was a great help her hubby is blessed to have her no offence hubby
I have had the awesomeness of Jasmin tested in the laboratory (at significant cost to myself, mind you) and it came back 99.88% pure. Or was that Ivory soap? LOL! Just kidding, Jas!
I had the pleasure of speaking to Jasmin or someone that called herself Jasmin awaile ago, I agree with everyone here, she is very nice and seems to go beyond her duty just to answer questions, if only every customer service rep is as jolly, these days most customer service is in the form of automated synthesized recordings or outsourced in India, nice to hear someone real on the other end for a change.
I recommend everyone call Jasmin for a chat!! maybe she can double up as an online counselor!
