There were couple of issues with both my orders, but Jasmin quickly resolved it. So 2 thumbs up on service! Inside my order of Pheroproof, I was pleasantly suprised to find a sample of Ammo, Honesty & Shine! (THANKS JASMIN!!) I can’t wait to test them out!
ps:- Jasmin, uve got a pretty sexy voice n man that ascent is HOT…we need more Americans over here in Australia! I’m kinda bored of the OZ ascent!
Are you kidding? I’m kinda bored of the American accent and think more of you Aussies should be HERE! I stay up til late just so I can make all my Australian calls and get all jittery listening to your accents. (Ask forum membe VSII. He knows.
)
Anyhoo… You’re welcome, love!!
Check out my post in the “Lounge”. There are secret plans in the works to bring more here.
I thought I’d throw in my two cents as well, as I just received an order that needed a little attention, and Jasmin came through, and then some!
I can’t recall better customer service, ever!
