Does customizing the scent reduce effectiveness?

AD claims that each mone’s fragrance is chosen to increase effectiveness (e.g., IS being Neroli and Ammo FF21), so would changing the fragrance of, say, P83 to Chocolati reduce effectiveness?

I’m new here and trying to learn as much as I can

Thanks!

Well, Neroli is a good base scent, something you can easily add your own cologne to, however with IG for example, I’ve found that Akuto works much better than the Neroli standard. It also depends on what you’re looking for. ff21 I’ve found to leave a better trail than akuto, which tends to be more like an aura about me.

I’m a firm believer that scent should match the intention of the pheromone mix that you’re using, so since akuto is more of a musk and a bit more “manly” that’s why I chose it as a custom scent rather than neroli. For me the results have been more consistent than the stock scent. Just my two cents on the matter.

Neroli is by far my most favorite scent, because of the ability to be covered by cologne, and also for its scent as a standalone, it’s very neutral and can work at most venues.

I cover with cologne depending on the venue I’m going to, whether its a lighter scent or more of a night time scent, neroli can easily be covered after that application. I’ve found my sig goes further with certain colognes and I’ve used them layered on top of the app points to help diffuse it better, the scent is so distinct that most people do like that.

Akuto may work better with IG because of the “gentlemanly vibe” the scent has. It’s a sophisticated smelling fragrance.
