does Prada for men contain any phero?

it might be called “Amber”, but im not sure. i paid about $60 for 50ml at Sephora. i love the smell and have been using it for a year or so, but no one ever complemented me. and i definitely didnt feel like i got any looks from it at the clubs or at work.

i used to always spray it on my chest or in the air and then walk into the mist. i am always fully clothed when i do this. the last 3 days i have been spraying just a tiny bit on my wrists and rubbing it in. i noticed people have been amazingly nice and interested in what i had to say in these 3 days. i noticed more than usual floating around my cube when you should have left me alone minutes ago. i noticed going out to a corporate party and “capturing” the highest ranking exec at my table while he was walking around talking to everyone else, but out of the 3 hours there total he talked to others for 20 mins, then got stuck to my table and just talked to me and listened for the next 2:40

  1. so is it possible that Prada has phero’s?
  2. is it possible than an application to my wrists instead of my chest will make a difference like that?
  3. is it possible that something in Prada activated because this time it was on the skin of my wrists instead of the sweater of my clothes?

and instead of asking #5, i’ll answer it: it’s also entirely possible that since i just discovered this site and scientific phero i got all excited about it and it bent my perception of reality and im imagining how people whould react if i use pheromones. but maybe not… what do you think?

Hi

There are a few high end scent companies that use a very small amount of pheromones in there cologne’s but Prada is not one of them.

Paris Hilton has released one recently that is said to have pheromones in it but again at a extremely weak consentration.

Yes it is, You mentioned in your post that you would spray the cologne in the air and walk through it fully clothed. All people make natural pheromones and its quite possible that when you used it on your wrist instead of cloths it diffused better and blended with your own natural pheromone signature. Another possiblity though is that you wore to much scent before and people found it overwhelming.

I would not say it activated but again, prehaps it blended better with your natural signature.

Its hard to say without actually being there but yes this to is possible. Its also possible that you projected a different persona without consiously being aware of it and that could have caused the reactions you experienced.

When you test actual pheromone products it the reactions that your not looking for that usually show you what the product can do. This is the reason alot of people will say “set it and forget it” Go about your day as your normally would and let the reactions come to you. When you actively look for reactions it harder to see them because you question every thing that happens. In my personal experience its when I am not thinking about the effects of the products I am wearing that the actual true hits come.

Of course you can always add pheromones to your colognes! I have a bunch of Sephora atomizers preloaded 5:1 with cologne and chemset pheromones: Burberry Weekend, Issey Miyake Summer, Nautica Competition, and a few others. Makes for fast apps and nice variety.

I too spray 'n forget about it. Just do your best throughout the day and the pheromones will amp you up nicely. If you wimp out or project bad attitude, they’ll amp up the negative as well and you’ll seem even more wimpy and feeble. That’s good to remember as it’ll keep ya on your toes.

oh, in that case i cant wait for the phero’s to come in this tuesday  if im getting this w/o them, then it’ll be interesting to see the reactions on them. and hopefully something to post about later.
