I just got my TUTH today and tried it out on a friend of mine. She’s a teen girl. It didn’t seem to do anything at all I was conversating with her and it really didn’t help me out. I think I’m doing something wrong.Any advice /tips?

Also, keep in mind, she may be more effected by TUTH one one day than she might be on another. It may not be a good say for her response to TUTH.

I used one spray on my chest and two half sprays on both sides of my neck
You’re 17, and you used a grand total of 2 sprays of TUTH? You OD’ed. At your age, that’s too much androstenone, and girls won’t respond well to such large amounts.
Next time, stick to 1 spray, or if you can swing it, do away with TUTH entirely, and use Ammo instead, 1 to 2 sprays. It’s more buffered and should work better for you.
Can I take a shower and wash it off then use half of a spray of TUTH?
A simple shower won’t wash it off properly. You’ll want to use something to break down the androstenone in TUTH; it’s very sticky. Witch hazel works best. But in a pinch, a good scrubbing with soap and that rough sponge thing (no idea what it’s called) should work too. Then keep TUTH to half a spray max.

But anyway I scrubbed the areas in which I sprayed and it seems too be gone. So today im gonna just do one half spray on my neck
A cover scent might help a little too Dakota. If you have some body spray, a little of that on top might do nicely.
To dampen the TUTH even more, you could apply this to your chest under your shirt, and this will lessen the diffusion of the TUTH, so there is only a hint of it in the air, at least until the shirt comes off at funtime…

That does sound like a lot of None for a seventeen year old.
Also what was the situation - TUTH is best more sexual/uninhibited plces where a woman can let her hair down. In more sedate/school/professional environments, it can often go-badly as most women are unwilling to get raunchy there.
Also if you are wearing a sexual signature, you need to be projecting sexy in every other way. This is not the phero for polite little chats! 
You’re ODIng on eNone, no doubt. You’re simply too young to wear TUTH unbuffered… Try something like Summer Ammo… It’s a more balanced formula with some P130 in the mix to balance the (natural) eNone you’re producing out…At 17 you barely need any additional eNone!
In my experience (it may be different to anyone else’s) women don’t really respond favourably to TutH until they’re in their late 20s, and preferably even later. And even then, only in pretty intimate circumstances or buffered pretty heavily.
Ammo would be much better. Simply lowering the dose of TutH won’t make it work like Ammo. The difference between the two is not in amount of androstenone. In fact, that is equal (or almost equal) in the two. The difference is in steering molecules. Ammo is buffered with androstenols, androsterone and other “social” molecules, while TutH is further enforced by molecules making it even more straightforward and sexual.
Being a teenager trying to impress teenage girls, any amount of TutH is too much. Wrong product for wrong target. You probably produce quite enough of natural androstenone, or even too much for your own good as, again, girls your age are rather uncomfortable around it. For this reason even Ammo may be overkill. I’d stick to something like IG (low dose) and IS, IO (liberally) maybe? The social and approachable trust/rapport/status molecules in those product should buffer your own natural androstenone and are definitely better received by your target demographics.
Teen girls are easily intimidated by strongly sexual signatures. Either buffer that sucker down and keep the dose way low, or go with something better balanced like summer ammo.
