According to what I have researched my wife seems like she may have a form of depression that hurts her sex drive. This is my un-professional diagnosis based on symptoms like sleeping patterns, lack of activity, mood swings,…
Does anybody have any experience with the effect that pheromones have on mental illness like depression or bi-polar.
No use of mones could be a substitute for such a problem. Only diet, a psychologist, and a psychiatrist to give her certain meds to stabilize her mood as such can help.
The self effects are too minimal to induce a constant change around for a serious thing like depression/bipolar manic depressive.
A1 is often helpful as a temporary mood enhancer for women. It merely treats the symptom and is not a cure. The problem is if you use it all the time it loses its shine. A few times a month for PMS it can be like magic.
I’d explore lifestyle changes like organic food, high alkaline water and exercise first. Many people are extremely sensitive to the effects of processed foods and preservatives and can experience recovery from depression by a few simple lifestyle changes. I’d only see the psychiatrist when all else has failed. Being on strong meds is not a fun time.
I STRONGLY agree with you on this. I believe that too many problems are lifestyle based and meds are turned to as a quick fix. Not to say they aren’t helpful but I think they should be used only after the lifestyle factors are taken care of
I’ll agree with everyone that mones can not offer a full solution to depression. However, as someone with depression I will say mones help me in a way anti depressants and therapies do not.
A1, which makes me slightly depressed at times so I don’t use it much these days, may aid a female during her time of the month by providing comfort. Ammo, for me, adds confidence and I find myself looking up way more than I usually do. Depression seems to be tied to low self worth in a way, and ammo helps me with that.
All I can recommend mone wise for your partner is shine, which I think would help a bit, and see if it uplifts her mood. I find that’s the best thing for me. However, keep in mind it’s very temporary and I’d go for professional treatments.
