Hi all. I’m a 34 year old (not too geeky!) British scientist with the long-standing nickname of Scary (pick up from a number of employers, no idea why). I’ve been interested in the art and science of scent for a long time and have fairly recently become interested in pheromones: how they work, which are the best and what they can do for me.
Despite an outgoing facade I am rather shy and have considered trying out different pheromones to help me feel that little more confident in all situations and be able to seem more confident.

In any case I’d recommend the Instant Shine. It’s brilliant and gives you a happy, youthful & approachable vibe.
Another great one is Instant Openenss which makes people more relaxed around you, chattier and they also approach you more. It’s great as an ice breaker, and has beautiful self effects.

as for being shy, phatsounds gave you a great advice. i know that a lot of people benefited from instant shine. i also want to point out come talk to me. ive used this for some time, and i noticed increased interaction with people and generally people wondering what im up to and such.

What do you mean by outward facade? You come off as being an outgoing confident person but you often feel ackward even while you are putting yourself out there?
If you can be confident, but want to FEEL more confident I would suggest trying out A314 - As long as you call pull off the strong confident man feeling, A314 is great.
As mentioned above, Instant Shine is amazing - you feel great with it on, people around you feel great - definetly a confidence boost - I find it has great synergy with A314.
If you have a hard time striking up conversation with people you can also try out Instant Openness - It’s a chatty mix, good for light, fun convo.

I am thinking A314 and Ishine but if your shy and have trouble approaching people I will alter that suggestion. A314 can be intimidating and we need to make sure they dont change your name to “really scary”.

In response to your questions wrlpchnx was spot on - I’m pretty confident and have little problem approaching people until I’m committed and ‘putting myself out there’ at which point it all goes a bit runny. People (male and female) assume I’m fairly relaxed and confident and they have no problem striking up conversation; its not the the ice-breaking which is the problem, it’s the remaining confident.
This scenario happens in most situations but I would really like to improve my confidence in professional circumstances and in sexual ones too (who wouldn’t?)
As for the ‘Scary’ nickname… it is apparently a friendly and positive one relating to my inability to be predictable. So don’t worry, nothing sinister!

OK, so you’re fine with people up to the point of no return as it were. For that, I’d go with Tisha’s recommendation of A314 and I Shine but would also recommend Instant Honesty, if we can encourage you to have the deep and meaningful conversation, I’m sure you will feel comfortable ‘putting yourself out there’. A small note of caution, it will affect you as well, watch for Mr Motormouth dropping himself in the sticky brown stuff.
One other option springs to mind, Instant Gentleman is designed to give the cool guy image yet maintain approachability. Have a good read up on this one.
Ultimately, the pheros can assist you, they can’t do the job for you. I’m afraid you are still going to have to put the effort in.
Yep if you are already approachable and suffer from confidense lapse during the convo then A314 is definetly for you - Instant Shine and Instant Openness are great social mones to go with A314 - test and go from there (I’m sure you’ll be back for more later )
Hmm sorry i’m late to reply to your intro, been busy with stuff lately, ok for your situations i agreed with Lady Tisha recommendation of A314 & Instant Shine plus Diamond recommendation of Instant Honesty as all these pheros will definitely help you a lot provided you put effort there
Btw if you are looking for sexual attraction toward ladies, well i recommend AMMO for you as this phero is a good phero on that & have a lot of good feedback about it
