its talked a lot about initiating here, because if you just sit in the corner the best pheromones won’t help you much in a night club setting… but if you initiate you will see the difference while wearing pheromones…
on the other side with pheros you will see more glances and smiles from the ladies which should increase confidence…

I guess I’m shy and open up once i get to know a person,
I’ve not always been shy.
Normally once i get to know a person,
I’m quite easy going & happy go lucky
I would say I have a good sense of humor too.
What I have noticed just lately though is that I just bottle up in some situations and when that happens i develop runawayyyyyyyyyy syndrome.
Typical situation for phero use…
Maybe dinner or lunch in a restaraunt or in a pub though i drink very little.
I hadnt really though about typical situations either to be honest
To answer Alexander G’s question about triggers…
I guess I became a hermit when i got divorced and the break up of the relationship took all my confidence away.

ok, it seems pheromones that make people open up and feel good around you should be most useful to start with…
Ammo is sexy and makes women notice you, Instant Shine will make people feel good in your presence and Instant Openness will increase the probability they want to talk to you or keep a conversation going…
Spaceland is similar to Instant Openness, its like a stronger version of Openness but it can feel a bit silly and goofy at times, so you might have a look at it but i recommend you start with the three i mentioned…
I don’t feel A314 is a good product for your specific situation, because while it provides a strong presence it can be a bit intimidating and make people more reserved… you can combine it with other pheros to soften this aspect of it but i recommend you don’t buy it right now for your first experiments with pheromones…
btw. its good to think about specific situations and goals you have with pheromones so you don’t waste time and money on products that won’t help your situation that much…
Sounds like you’ve sheltered yourself from the social scene for too long. It’s important that you address this now before it becomes a social anxiety or phobia.
The runaway syndrome you mention is a fight or flight response to certain situations.
I now suggest you consider the feel good product Instant Shine, and the social products Instant Openness and Instant Honesty - they will help you and others feel more comfortable within intimate social settings. They will also help spark relationships.
Do certainly read about these in the Mens guideand I also suggest trialing several products which you can buy in small sizes in the to-go section of the Smartmones website.
Shine will uplift your mood. It can boost your confidence too. IO will make you more approachable as people will want to talk to you. It is like an ice breaker.

I dont think I will look at Spaceland right now otherwise I probably wont be able to analyse the results as such accurately.
I understand that everyone likes to tailor the exact dosage to their personal social lifestyle, but having said that can anyone help with dosage recommendations and also what OD is it overdose? overdone? Is it dangerous to health?

The OD level is different for everybody.
Try to do some experiment. Test one phero at a time. Start with 1 spray for a few days to observe the result. Then try 2 sprays and do the same.After the experiment, you will know the right number of spray and understand the effect of each phero.
After that, then only you combo them to achieve your desire result.

While I love the support the community has already has given you I am going to toss in a monkey wrench and add one more suggestion. A shy person should stay away from A314 and use IG instead. It’s warmer and more charismatic than A314. IG has a way of sparking the electricity of conversations where as A314 requires quite a bit of work to first overcome the aloofness many shy people have as their standard reaction. A314 is not the best for shyness, but IG should suit you like a glove, but not the OJ glove. Don’t squeeze the juice

I agree with alexanderg first stick with the socials and maybe Instant Gentleman. I would stay away from the -nones for now. Test the socials (they work very well) wear a big smile and try to enter a conversation with a group (would be best) or individual.
