my girlfriend has an exam she has been pretty stressed about, to the extent that the anxiety has really been limiting her ability to learn and perform during the test. Amongst other non-phero approaches, I have been soothing with I Sexiness, MX 135, Shine, IFM and TAK and P96. TAK in particular seems good at alleviating acute anxiety. Not sure about the 135 and I Sexiness, but don’t think they hurt.
I have been a bit sneaky and not told her about pheromones. Anyway - this seems to have been somewhat helpful.
TAF could be great. It really helps you to focus but the trick would be how to get it on her before the test without her knowing.
My husband bought me a new Mustang for our anniversary and I sprayed some on before I went out to wash and wax it. This is a job I hate and am not good at. Man that car looked fantastic when I was done. Even he was impressed.
I dont get very anxious about anything so I have never noticed any mixes that would make me less so. My friend is and if I am wearing certain things and she is with me she does seem to calm down quite a bit. TAL, Instant sexiness A seem to work best around her. I think they give her a confidence boost.
My wife is in a similar position to your girlfriend, PQ and I have found that one spray of MX136 and one of p79 has had a calming effect on her as well as the usual Instant Female Magic.
She knows all about my pheromones and is happy to help me experiment - phew!
Thanks for the comments. Mix worked well in the event…
I don’t think TAF would necessarily be a great idea. Under time presssure you need to be able to narrow your focus down to the relevant facts and perspectives, but I feel that TAF will reduce the benefit from that valuable function of the reticular activating system.
P79… the concern would be whether there is a risk it intensifies… anxiety. |I haven’t enough experience with it to know.
I’ve used TAF for music rehearsal and practice. At first it made it difficult to focus as I was more easily distracted than normal. After a few uses I got used to it and it really didn’t seem to do much negative or positive. It’s been my experience self-medication aspects of mones are subtle and quickly fade with regular use. It’s nice at first but you can’t count on it for future self-medication.
