Experimones: is there a list of them and their reported effects?

Hey I was just wondering if anybody ever made a list of the experimones and their reported effects. I havent tried any of the experimentals yet, but I am interested. A little list would be cool, instead of having to search for each one individually. Thanks. - Wayne Gretzky

Please use the search function . This question and its answer has been covered many times and is basically why no one bothered to answer.

Here’s my list. Don’t take anybody’s observations as gospel. Your experiences may be totally different. Be open to all possibilities when you test.

No offence Warren but if your new and want to be a tester dont read that list.

For one what it does for Warren may not be what it does for you.

For two… It’s going to make it much harder for you to test putatives for yourself because if you read it you have preconceived notions and expectations as to what they do. There is no way around it. I cant tell you how many times I have gotten PM’s saying “well the guide/list says it does this and its not working for me” What Guide ??? There is no guide.

You end up subconsciously looking for the results he described and miss all other possible reactions people are getting. Some people think they can control this but once you read it the seed is planted in the subconscious. Without a lot of pheromone experience its hard to overcome. Even I have to use the construction paper method sometimes to get a clear reading. This is why AD doesnt provide lists with this type info. It skews the testing which in turn makes for crappy experimental mixes.

I know there are a lot of people who just want to know so they can buy what fits there needs and they dont care about the research.

Without unbiased and uninfluenced testing of the putatives AD cant make those mixes. My question to you is do you want AD to release mixes that work and do what they say like they offer in the consumer line ? If you do then dont read that list.

I know people will say but you can use the search function and do the same thing. When you use the search function you get a plethora of information on different putatives some of it conflicting. Your get a general ideal but your unsure and that unsureness prevents that seed being planted in the subconscious mind. AD knows how to pick up the patterns from each report or conversation on the experimones and pin point what the putative can do for people in general so it can be used in a mix to sell to the masses.

Tisha is right. Also, some putatives might act differently on you than it did with Warren. Just do some search and read, and then, you would know what I am talking about.

I try not to read anything on a putative until I’ve already tested it 3-4 times and I’ve written a report for myself or in the journal on it… This way you can see your findings and see how they compare with other people’s results.

Just wanted to add I am not dis-ing Warren. I think he is an excellent amazing tester, one of the best on here and I love reading his reports.

I was looking for this myself. Thanks everyone, even though there’s no definite answer (that is an answer in itself). I guess I have a long and arduous list of experiments - if I ever come to it…

Flat out, its useless to read other people’s reports before you formulate your own readings from it.

It’s just so time consuming to redo your testing again cause of the bias’.

My ability to pick out certain things about these molecules suck, I just have to keep testing and testing to see what it’s really doing. Reading the reports just screws me up. I made mixes for myself that I was able to really shine with cause I just said screw it, I’m gonna find out what each one does for me.

The reports are helpful after you first test it out, not the other way around.
