I’m a short time customer of Androtics but I’ve found they absolutely have to be the most customer oriented company in the entire world. My experiences say there is no way on this earth that they would let you down in any way what-so-ever.
Harrassment ? I have no clue where that thought came from but the term doesn’t even exist in their vocabulary much less business practices.
Real products providing real results. There is no smoke - there are no mirrors. Simple as that.
Delivery times ? No idea. If you can - try giving them a call and talk it out.
I’ll make you a deal … pick a single product & use it everyday for a month. Research it & get to know it, ask for help with it if you need. IF at the end of that timeframe you are unsatisfied, return it to Androtics and get your $$$$ back. IF you run into a problem send me a private message and I will reimburse you for the cost of the product + shipping myself.
Internet bravado ? Safest best I’ve ever made.
Prince, believe me, if I didn’t trust them one hundred percent, I wouldn’t buy from them or post anything on this forum. You will not believe how good their customer service or delivery is until you try it.
Yes, you will need to sign up for the store before you can buy the products but guess what, you’ll get another $5 discount just for doing that. They regularly ship to Europe, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and in the six months I have been on the forum, everything I’ve ordered has got to England within 3 days. Everything will be sent by DHL with a tracking number.
I completely agree with SCoupe, that is how confident we are.
Great company with great people. Everything you read here about the great shipping and service support on the men’s, women’s, or store front forums is all about Androtics Direct.
I have been a customer for a couple years. I have never had trouble with a shipment. DHL is quick and accurate. The orders themselves have always been right on. I had one or two things leak back in the old days and they made good on those.
You cannot go wrong with this company. I have said this before: I wish all the companies I have ever dealt with - internet only or traditional - operated like Androtics Direct.
The best delivery time they have made for me, in the UK, is 38 hours from order to in my hand! Even most UK suppliers can’t match that. Buy with confidence, DHL are excellent.

Androtics is a great company - shipping is great - free gifts are great - I’ve never had to use the customer service so I can’t comment on that - and they have most definetly proved to me that their company line of being a “research focused company” and not just being out to make a buck - let’s just say that they reward the actively reporting users in such a way that I have no doubts.
Androtics Direct cannot be trusted.
Every single order I make they always sneak in a free gift when I’m not looking. Last order they even harassed me with some delicious free chocolate.
Their customer support is so bad that each time I ask their guy Steve to sort me out a special order, he refuses to charge me extra for it and always makes sure that I have it in double quick time.
And if the delivery time to India is anything like that to the UK, I’ll tell you it’s not so good. That DHL courier is constantly knocking on my door two days after I’ve put in an order. It’s so frustrating!
I think he means hassles, not harrassment. That would be no. The customer service at Androtics Direct is the best. Definitely no hassles or problems of any kind.
Buy with confidence. The best customer service, reliable and on-time shipping. And outstanding products.
I was a skeptic before I made a purchase. I did the right thing. This IS the place to buy highest quality pheromone products.

The wild thing about Androtics is that they are a reasearch and development company first and a pheromone seller second, yet they have outranked nearly every other online retailer of ANY product I’ve ever purchased in terms of ensuring customer satisfaction. Of course, the products vary in effectiveness from person to person, as is the nature of pheromones in general, but they will make sure you’re happy with your experience in one of two ways. You will A) be satisfied with your purchase, or B) Get your money back with no questions.
