Introduction
I’ve been using pheromones on a off in the last 4 years.
Today, I’m starting my journal basically because, with so many products I used and the combinations between them, although I have had a considerable number of different experiences, I came to the conclusion that I still have a fairly loose grip with the ratios and quantities of phero’s that work for me. Yeah. Sweet spot testing. Where I should have begun.
With this journal i want to get down to being able to replicate good results and contain and avoid bad (OD) experiences in the future.
I am looking foward to you adding comments to my journal, as it will make my notes richer.
I will not use real names, but mine is already pretty obvious… 
Things I know
I am 22 years old, weight 74 Kg, and I measure 1,83 meters.
I am a Caucasian, with dark brown hair and green eyes.
Currently, the products I have are Ammunition, Turn Up The Heat, Instant Gentleman, Instant Shine and Instant Jerk x4.
Sweetspot testing:
Ammunition:
Great sexy / well-groomed / rebel vibe.
Dirty sex !
Very nice for interacting with girls.
SS: 1 spray (I always OD with 2 sprays)
Instant Gentleman:
I am cool / I am the one you need to be talking to / I am good at what i do vibe.
Very nice for interacting with guys / work buddys and superiors.
SS:2-3 sprays (i can’t be sure).
Instant Shine x 4:
I am funny and fun and truly the happiest person I know vibe.
Seems to intensify the “androstenone sex”.
SS: 1 spray of x4 is more than enough.
Turn up the Heat
Monkey sex.
SS: 1 spray (I never tried more than that).
Instant Jerk
I only sprayed it once by accident and it seem to give me the “rebel feeling” self-effects i would expect from AMMOx10.
Unfortunatly this is about all I can remember at the moment.
I will start from here, and hopefully sweetspot test every product and combo.

New Order and next week
After looking through what I’ve wrote, I have decided where to start testing Instant Gentlemen and go Ammunition, Instant Jerk and finally Turn Up the Heat by this order.
The method I will be using for testing will be steadly raising the doses of the products while layering them with socials.
That is why I ordered Instant Honesty x2 (30 ml) and Instant Oppeness x1 (30 ml) a few hours ago.
My next week will be basically going to the beach on the morning, and working in the afternoon until 22 pm.
I plan to apply mones after lunch and see what happens.
I will test IG during the day but, if I happen to go out some night, will probably also test AMMO.
It should be a pretty exciting week !

Instant Gentleman Testing day 1
Instant Gentleman Testing day 1
Date: Monday 29-08-2011.
1st application: (14:30h)
Instant Gentleman: 2 sprays (one on each side of the neck).
Setting: I’ve gonne to the gas station, and to the shopping mall, so I’ve been alone.
Self-effects:
- More Confidence
- More focus and self aware, improved posture and driving accuracy.
2st application: (16:30h)
Instant Shine x 4: 1 spray (spread across both wrists).
Setting: I went to the telemarketing office where I work, and then went out dinner to a nice cafe somewhere in Lisbon.
Self-effects:
- Instant genuinly happy face which btw help me doing a sale because the client said, somewhere in the convo, that I seemed so sympathetic (by phone, lol).
Possible Hits:
- Lots of convo with my supervisor in between calls, about business he’d like to start and me giving him advice (his older!)
- At the end of the shift, AFM asked me to get out to dinner with her, and we had a nice night, building rapport and eventually ended up talking about relationships. I’m in a LTR at the moment but she doesn’t know yet, I’m having a hard time trying to come up with a way to tell her. I think she is cute and sexy.
AFM: She is 20 years old. Dark hair, dark eyes, uses a nice braid and remembers me very much about pocahontas. From what she told me she has had some serious family problems, so she seems like those kind of grown up in a broken way girls. I met her two weeks ago when I started the job formation week.
Final thoughts: This mix is pretty solid for me in work environment and gives off a boyfriend vibe to the girls. I am still reticent in upping the Instant Gentleman dose because I may become too “fatherly”. I am expecting IH and IO to arrive this week, maybe then I will try pushing the limit farther.
Instant Gentleman Testing day 2
1. Date: Tuesday 30-08-2011.
2. Application: (13:30h)
Instant Gentleman : 3 sprays (one on each side of the neck).
Instant Shine x4: 1 spray (spread across both wrists).
3. Setting: Telemarketing office where I work, and home.
4. Self-effects: The usual from Instant Gentlemen, plus some extra “slowness” maybe.
5. Possible Hits: Pretty regular day workwise, nothing out of the ordinary except I noted I had a lower pitch than normal during my calls.
At the end of the shift, I took AFM home and eventually she invited herself to dinner with me again, and this time to meet the house I live in (I have been talking about how I live in a big house with 6 mates from the University and stuff and everyone at work thought that was cool).
During dinner I notice the usual comfort vibe I get with 2 sprays.
We then got home and saw a movie (“The Beaver” lol), and at the end of the movie I decided to explain her what I felt for her, that I digg her pretty much, but I have unfinished and unresolved bussiness with a girl I haven’t see in a while.
AFM became very very shy, barely looked at me, and said she digg me too and never expected me to be so honest to her.
I said I understand if you don’t think it’s a good idea we get involved and we kissed.
She asked me to sleep with me. We hadn’t have sex that night (i didn’t make her do it but i certainly teased her, could she be virgin? I should have tried TUTH damm!) It felt like a weird night I guess.
6. Final thoughts: The extra spray from IG didn’t add up much positivewise. Although, as I got to bring the girl home I had to give it extra credit. I certainly regret I hadn’t use -none that night.

Instant Gentleman Testing day 3
1. Date: Wednesday 31-08-2011.
2. Application: (16:30h)
Instant Gentleman : 3 sprays (one on each side of the neck).
Instant Shine x4: 1 spray (spread across both wrists).
Instant Openess: 4 sprays (spread across forearms).
3. Setting: Telemarketing office where I work.
4. Self-effects: The same from the day before, and an horrible unfocused, enclosed, drained sensation starting 2-3 hours after application. Socials are no joke.
5. Possible Hits: The whole 4 hour work shift was a pain to be into. Shortly after checking in I started to feel very veeerrry slow and unfocused and I couldn’t really get into rapport with clients that evening. Although my pitch was low and they listened to the product presentation, objections to the sale kept sticking in their heads. One woman of age I talked to seemed puzzled by my extremely low pitch and inflections, and, after agree with me pretty much in every detail of the presentation, briefly hang up implying I was scamming her.
My work mates were quiet and barely spoke to me through the shift.
One of my female superiors started an argument with me about one of my calls she heard as she was making quality control. The whole discussion was pretty much a shit test. She came harsh and quick, argued once, I explained my view on the convo with the client and she was convinced, escused herself about the harshness and left. It was waaay wierd but I almost shit my pants. I felt tired but not sleepy. It was a shitty shift.
AFM felt somewhat distant at work.
6. Final thoughts: 3 sprays of IG seems once again to be too much for me, but the test has in some way inconclusive because I decided to test IO in an high dose the same day. I suck. Anyways, now I know IO x 4 is too much and will eventually test IO x 1 and IO x 2 alone to gauge the effects. It’s still unclear if IG x 3 might fit me, but it’s highly unlikely.
Instant Gentleman Testing day 4 and 5
1. Date: Thursday and Friday 1st and 2nd of September 2011.
2. Application: (16:30h)
Instant Gentleman : 2 sprays (one on each side of the neck).
Instant Shine x4: 1 spray (spread across forearms).
Instant Honesty x 2: 1 sprays (spread across wrists).
3. Setting: Telemarketing office.
4. Self-effects: I have been getting used to the effects. Nothing new.
5. Possible Hits: The fake redhead (I think she’s brunette) with the ceiling pointing nose kinoed me lots of times during the break on thursday’s shift, and today she was very talkative again. We definatly broke the ice in these two days and I didn’t make the tinyest effort other than being myself. Mates and Supervisors were very friendly and talkative again and I regained my confidence and good sales. Nothing particular to note, otherwise.
6. Final thoughts: Uff… I think I got away this time with that heavy pherosignature I carried Wednesday. Instant Honesty with IS and IG is not noticed yet by me. I think that’s normal and I will of course test it separatly on another ocasion.
Weekly Recap
The mix in test this week was IG and I got some good self effect reports for future reference. It seems to me 3 sprays is a bit over the top, and although I am not sure if it is OD for me, I am now sure what an Androsterone OD represents and what vibe I don’t want to project with IG.
IG x2 is certainly the best pairing for my current natural signature, as it gives me comfort, respect and the “look up in a friendly way” from both males and females. Instant shine x 4 tops up the charisma with a very fresh and smiley layer. I will keep using both products together and in this dosages in the future.
I received my order on Wednesday (SO FAST) and it arrived with a free TUTH to go free gift. I would like to thank Andriotics for the nice gifts and always great shipping times to portugal over the years.
So now I added Instant Openess 30 ml and Instant Honesty x2 30 ml to my arsenal.
IO is definatly very hard on me in the wearing off phase so I have to test it in low dosages and preferably alone.
IH I know already from previous experiences but I feel it would be good to do some extensive and reported testing also, as the documented results are 100 times more valuable.
The major breakthrough of this week is the implementation of consistency on my use of mones.
With my recent written reports and conclusions of IG and IS I finally have a mix I can use anytime from which I know exactly what to expect. I am very happy with this journal.
Next week I am thinking in diving into AMMO testing. I think my current dosage is 1 spray, and with 2 I remember having bad reactions already, but now I know how to wash off mones and maybe without the buildup I can up the dosage.
I think I may be using some IH or IO to buffer AMMO x2 but I havent decided how much I should try.
I will keep you updated on my next week, it should be exciting, as my 3 year-sortof-girlfriend is arriving tomorrow and she will stay with me as we find her a room for this academic year.
