As my bottle of a314 is almost out, I am unsure how to use the last 1/4 of the content 
The level of a314 will be below the top of the dropper soon, when i try to put some drops. Will the bottle still work the same way?

I can’t answer that as I’ve never yet completely finished a bottle. As the bottles get low they go into traveling kits and I crack open a new bottle for daily use at home. That way, if a TSA person takes a shine to one, I don’t lose much.
If there was some left in a bottle that wouldn’t come out, I’d pop the top and pour the remnants in with my next bottle.
my bottle is nearly empty - when inverted the oil is about where the bottle curves inward and the end of the tube that is attached to the dropper is well exposed. the drops dispense even easier than when the bottle was full, so i am thinking that the tube is a breather hole.
ok.. so i have 3 empty bottles.
2 @10ml
and 1 @ 15
in both cases
when the content is 1/4 you will start experiencing some slowdowns.
The drop will start to form more slowly.
some time you will have to turn the bottle the right way so it forms the drop.
But this will be for the last 20 drops.
but for the last you can easaly remove the top and use tha content as you like.
after the first one.. i just poured the content into the next a314

Thenose, I saw that tiny hole (it is actually just by the tube, not part of it i think), so i thought that the last drops will come out of the hole, instead of the dropper.
Looks like that is there only one way to find out how it really works! Ill try and see soon

Before my new bottle arrived, I was down to the dregs of my old one. I just took out the dropper top and used dabs. It’s not the most accurate way of dosing, but from using that bottle over 6-7 months, I was able to gauge the amount I used to the smell.
Once it was just about completely gone, I used the bottle to mix up a baby oil and SoE diluent for Dirty for experimentation. (“Solution #1” in a recent journal entry of mine)
