also i like girls.
But i dont want / need any extra agression.
I am naturally quite reserved / shy.
And have trouble finding words… under pressure.

jamesbonded has given you some great advice about none and other mones and I agree with him. Given what you say I’d go for Instant Shine and Instant Openness first of all. I find each of these gets me out of my shell and helps with the confidence to approach people if I’m feeling shy or under pressure. I find they can also help with people opening up to me once I’ve made the first move too.
You might also want to give Instant Gentleman a go. I find this has a nice dependable, cool vibe. Finally A314 has amazing confidence self-effects for me! These are all factors in attraction so are attractive mones for me. Of course there is Ammo too
