Once again, I’m here out of plain curiosity and doing my own research on people’s behaviour (not necessarily pheromone-related, but pheromones seem to be a nice way to double-check reactions to certain things).
I’m quite introverted, yet confident. At times I tend to be some unnoticeable force in the background, and then again sometimes I attract various kinds of attention (wether I like it or not - I should probably brush up my social skills on that one).
I’ve thought of trying a314, most of the instant line and possibly turn up the heat. What do you guys reccomend trying first (e.g. up to 2-3 different products, I’m living on a student budget).

Ok for us to give our recommendation, you need to tell us what you hope to achieve by using pheros & what kind of effects you hope to get from your targets
A314 will help with your confidence some. Being 19 Instant gentleman may be a better choice for you, especially in a social setting. Work or professionally A314 might work better.
instant shine will help more than the other products with confidence, as happy people are typically a little more confidant or stop to care less what is going on.
IO will help open you up, if you are able to talk, as it will help start conversations, I am slightly introverted as well as I stumble getting conversations started, so IO and CTTM2 are great products for this.
Given your age I would recommend starting with the following three products (given you guidelines):
Instant Gentleman - it will help give you a smooth vibe and it often helps you seem a little older
IO - to help get a lot of conversations going on around you
IShine - to help people around you feel happy to be near you
I would maybe hold off on the A314 as it is very work related and can be a little tricky.
As I said before, there isn’t really anything particular/important I would like to achieve with pheromones, it is more plain curiosity.
However, what probably should be adressed is my introversy, since it isn’t allways a good thing, so something to get the conversation going without giving it too much thought. Instant Honesty? CTTM mix2 maybe?
Then there is probably really nothing for the unwanted attention from time to time besides basic social skills, is there?

My girlfriend has some inhibitions, both sexual and social, which she herself pretty much dislikes. Also, she tends to get depressed easily and for long times. Anything that might help with these issues? Instant female magic maybe? (Also you can recommend products for her to wear as well.)
Hmm, so it is just plain curiousity, ok for conversation, i would recommend Instant Openness as it is used for smoother, better & easier conversation Instant Honesty is best used for your relationship as it deepen the conversation between couples there CTTM2 is not recommended in my opinion as it is still an experimental phero so don’t expect results from this phero & for your info, it has 50% of Instant Openness & 50% Instant Honesty. Well for your GF situation, i would recommend Instant Shine as this phero can make you & your GF feel good/comfortable plus it boost your confidence as well Instant Female Magic is also great for calming down girls too. But i noticed on my own opinion Instant Shine is more to your face results but it is up to you to decide there either you want to get Instant Shine or Instant Female Magic.
Well if you want recommendation on what your GF could wear, Instant Sexiness is a good recommendation as it is sexual attraction phero catered to girls only Btw it come in two types A & B.

IO or CTTMc which I gather you have figured out is a 50/50 mix of alpha nols (IO) and beta nols (IH) would work great.
Maybe some IShine too as it can help you feel “up” instead of worried about being shy or being rejected.
Phat was pretty much on it - IShine and IFM. Either of both of you could actually wear both.
Then the IS/a might help her feel more confident.
But for depression especially if it lasts long periods she probably should see someone for a professional opinion. She might benefit from medicine and some counselling to help develop better coping skills so she can better deal with the bumps we hit in life.
And its great she has someone like you who cares enough to want to help …
Yeah, I’m aware of that and I don’t excpect pheromones to be the answer, just something to make life a little easier, and partly the depression is more or less direct consequence of the social inhibitions, e.g. because of stressing too much of what people might think of her (and then again part of it is her being a perfectionist and wanting to get too much done. That’s a problem we both have. I try to support her as much as I can and luckily that is often enough to keep .her out of feeling extremely bad even during the worst times)

I’ve decided to go for the to-go bottles, them being cheaper to start with making it possible to test many different products and htne deciding which ones I want to use.
Based on your replies and reading the forum in general what I probably will be ordering are to-go bottles of Instant Openness, Instant Shine, Instant Honesty, Instant Female magic for men, Instant sexyness for women and Instant Female magic for women, for me and my GF respectively. Also depending on my final budget possibly a to-go bottle of turn up the heat. (Too bad the DHL service costs about the same amount as the giftcard I’ll hopefully get, but that’s my problem living so far off.) What do you guys think? Also I’d go for Instant Gentleman but it doesn’t seem to come in a to-go bottle so later with that one.
I’ll go through these to decide what suits me best and at what dosage. On one hand I’m still sceptic towards the whole concept, but on the other I don’t want to order just one small bottle with posting costs so large, and if I order something that’s wrong for me I could get the wrong impression of pheromones in general, which would be quite dumb.
Are the social pheromones (Instant Shine, Instant Openness, Instant Honesty) the same for both men and women?
Looks like your doing your research and you have made some great picks to start with.
I usually dont suggest putatives for new people but you may want to read up on P83 and get it on your next round. You had mentioned you GF had some inhibitions and this tends to loosen those up a bit.
I’ll look into P83 when I’ve tested what I’m ordering.

I believe the mix is the same for men and women. (as the Instant Shine spray on the women’s page says for men.)
The other socials, (IH and IO are specific to females, as they have a /w suffix, yet I know many guys who claim their girls have “borrowed” a few sprays or used half of a bottle over time)

Speaking of the products mentioned above so far (not instant gentleman - it doesn’t seem to come TOGO), what do you think I should test in the following eviroment (I know there are several options but I’m terrible at picking when the choice doesn’t really matter since I’m gonna test others later)?

We will be in different locations around town (shops, cafés, possibly bars with a small portion of the group).
The people in the group tend to be quite chatty/loud but can divide into smaller groups and moving from one small group to another can be quite hard after they have been established, so to mkae that easier would be nice probably. Instant Openness probably?
