My order was shipped in segments so that some products arrived before others and I will be getting the rest of my order soon, In the mean time, I have been attempting to test out Instant Shine Normal strength and found that it had no effects to on myself or others. I applied 2 sprays to the Adam’s Apple and felt absolutely no effect out of the ordinary, I did however feel an unusual painful sensation where the pheromone was applied. The pain was not to an extent where I cannot bear it, it was more like a very uncomfortable scraping sensation that lasted for about 5min. Additionally, I think that the neroli scent that covers the scent of the pheromones is very strong, nearly to the point where I cannot bear it.
Please advise me the combination of products to wear to easily see the results. Please keep in mind that I am actually 17 years old instead of 18 because I used the Asian method of age calculation which states that you are one year old at time of birth. I will also be using this in a university environment.
Ok, I am kind of frustrated. Normally I am a very calm and patient person but having not received the entirety of my order nearly three months after I purchased it can be quite frustrating.
I placed the order on December 30th, this order was successfully delivered on time except that there was A314 and CTTM2 missing from the package. I called Jasmine about this problem and she said that she would have it shipped by the end of the week. However, later that week, I bought several other items and called Jasmine about it to have it shipped together with the items that were not shipped to me last time and even paid FedEx international express for it.
Just early last week I called Jasmine again to ask where my order was and she told me that she would have it shipped as soon as possible, needless to say that the order is still yet to be shipped. I tried to contact her by calling her but I there is never anyone there picking up. Through one of her forum posts, she mentioned to another user that she could be contacted from 9am to 3pm pacific standard time, however, the fastest time that I can get home everyday is 4pm pacific standard time. I just don’t know what to do anymore. Can someone help me?
I understand what you are going through. My first order had 1/2 of my products, and later order I placed for 2 day air took a month to get.
Androtics is haveing some severe shipping problems that they are working through. Also somebody posted, that on smartmones.com there was an announcement of water damage.
Try to be patient, keep checking your tracking number, and if your products aren’t shipped when you were told they would be contact androtics again.
I’ve contacted Jasmin later than 3pm. After 3 she may not be as available, but i’m sure if you keep trying you will get her.
Jasmin seems to take an extrodinary amount of work on her shoulders with Androtics. I’d speculate that Androtics’ growth is increasing in leaps and bounds at the moment. They seem overloaded and working as hard as possible to fix the situations at hand. I come to this conclusion by looking at the number of forum member when I started to the numbers now. This means the number of customers must have increased to a further extent as not every customer will join the forum.
On a side note, Jasmin has stated many times that they don’t do customer service on the forum, so I hope this post helps.
The hours are only temporarily set at 3pm, freeing me to go to the lab/warehouse every day and personally oversee the shipping for the day.
Was there 'til 3AM yesterday, making sure all the custom orders were created and there was plenty of Instant stock to last through the upcoming weeks.
Once some of the order backlog is worked through, phone times will normalize back to 6pm (or whenever the heck you want to call!). We’ll also get back into the swing of releasing new MX packs every week. Michael’s been really antsy to release a bunch of new packs he’s been developing, but we want to make sure that everyone is taken care of before we take on any extra loads.
