I’m in North Carolina. Just trying to figure out the new FROM ORDERING TO RECEIVING time frame, so I know how many days/weeks in advance I need to order if I really want something.

I suspect judging by how long gift certificates issued etc they don’t have a fast turn around lol
I use to have my order in hand in a matter of 3-4 days. Everything changes with time, and I guess we just have to accept that. I’m trying to learn. 
I hope it doesn’t take more than 2 weeks, if it does without back order notice, I won’t reorder even if I love the product
Speak for yourself! Some products REALLY makes the difference. I’ll just time my order as to when I receive it. Now, if it takes a month … that’s a whole new story. 
My granddaughter has autism, and anytime I wear IS … she laughs, dances and screams happily! That’ can’t be beat! So I’ll bite the bullet, and deal with not getting it as quickly as I once did.

M&M did u get a shipping notice? Site says mailed in 1 business day, it was posted in forum my gift certificate was issued but did not show in my email till 3 days later. I don’t mind waiting for something if u tell me it’s a wait but no communication is a good way to lose my business lol
Yep! One on Monday, and again on Wednesday. The Boss said there was something wrong with the system.
And yes, on the COMMUNICATION PART. That’s what I call GOOD customer service … letting me know what’s going on so I don’t have to guess. :o

What are you selling … if it’s for women, I’d look into A-1. If it’s for both genders, IS could be it. IH may help, too, no matter how serious people say it is … TRUST in a sales person is hard to find these days KNOWING everybody’s out for the buck.
IF you use the SEARCH FUNCTION and search for sales, there have been quit a few people who were into sales, and found GREAT PRODUCTS and COMBOs in which upped their sales. At least, so they said they did.

Business to business , I sell advertising so I deal with both. I’m naturally a warm person people open up to, I’m the person complete strangers tell their whole life story too in Walmart and I chat a lot so I didn’t want over kill lol

I am in the Chicago 'Burbs. I ordered on Friday late afternoon/early evening so it probably won’t go out until Monday/Tuesday.
As far as how long it took for the gift certificate, it was mentioned in a few posts and in an email that they are/were backed up and just about caught up.

I got my shipping notice today. Says it shipped yesterday and the delivery estimate is Thursday.
Well, I got one on Monday and Wednesday of last week, and I’m still waiting. But it is said that something is wrong with the system, so I’ll continue to wait, and see how long does it take to actually get my package. Ordered 31 May … today is day 10. fingers crossed

Probably doesn’t help but I’m UK, ordered Monday last week, received Friday here. Not sure if international is expedited shipping but either way it was fast for an overseas order…Sorry M&M not helping much here but thus far comms and service have been 100%
