yeah, my latest order took about 8 biz day turnaround. which is totally unusual, because usually i will order midday and get it next day in some cases. O_O 
even when i have a complex ass order with like 5 custom things, it doesn’t take more than a week at the MOST. i can understand those ones. they give you a heads up. usually they blow my panties off my body with how fast they are.
but they were having some serious shipping issues and serious personelle issues last month, I’m hoping is rectified now. i agree… sometimes i would LOVE MORE fucking communication and yeah yeah yeah i understand AD is understaffed or whatever… so i put on my little patient girl face and just breathe deep since I’ve been a customer for 5 years and i’m CERTAIN they are gonna pull through in the end. there are far worse merchants out there in the internetiverse.
i looove the products so i come back. and they treat me real good. handwritten notes! who does that these days?? its like wtf!?
