You might want to make sure that Smartmones.com and Pherotalk.com are whitelisted. Gift certs are sent through email and might get caught in a spam filter.
If you check your spam filter and it’s not there, feel free to PM me and I’ll check up on your GC through our system.

i have joined the pherometalk 3 month ago, and have requested my gift certificate by sending email to steve, however as of this day neither he has opened the email nor has sent the gift certificatae. How many times i need to send email to get the GC. I want to buy some pheros but i am waiting for the GC.

You have to post your own intro thread here int the introduction section of the forum with all the qualifing information in it.
The instructions are pretty clear at the top of the intro section and in the offer itself.
No worries though once you do your intro Mickaelia will pop in and send you one with in 24 hours.
