Please re-send it as I’m planning to make my first order in few hours and would want to avail the benefits of gift certificate.
Also what should be done if the gc has expired or by any reason is not being accepted during the payment mode.

Hi, I actually signed up myself up about a month or so ago and also posted a “hello” thread and never received the $25 gift card. Regardless I still went ahead and purchased some of the to go sprays and I loved them. And now you can see that the $25 gift card would come in very handy especially for the fact that I’m looking to purchase quite a bit more, right now actually, and I would just greatly appreciate some kind of feedback on what the status is with the gift cards and when could I possibly expect to receive it because I am eager to purchase more of your product. Not trying to sound greedy, of course, but when your offer $25 for something you are a want it’s tough not to pass up that offer, I hope you understand lol. Thanks again and I appreciate your time and your product. I was also curious as to how you go about obtaining the $25 certificate itself

I just realized I had the gc saved in my junk. But during ordering I wasn’t able to use it the way I wanted to. I tried using it on my order but the order was cancelled. Now the gc 's status shows that it has already been used.

You need to raise a support ticket with Mickaelia, explain the problem and she will issue a new one.
