I didn’t get my 25 dollar Gift certificate when I first joined tho 
very depressing
I hope I get mine. Shipping does seem expensive to the UK though 
Posting here doesn’t help, if there’s a problem with the GC then email customer service.

I am very sorry to hear that. I am responding to this email and hopefully those who had this same question or issue can learn from it.
As it says on the forum if you have any questions about your gift certificate please PM me.
When you don’t receive your $25 GC it may be because of three reasons :
You have not yet qualified for it and am still waiting on more information to issue you that gift certificate
Your thread somehow did not make it to my mail box and so a simple PM will fix that right away.
It could be both, I was waiting on some more info. from you which you did give eventually but I somehow missed that post
Now, we are all human and make mistakes and I am sure anyone on here can testify that I do my best to ensure everyone gets their gift certificate so if you did not receive one then it’s because of one of the reasons listed above.
Please do not hesitate to PM me preferably with the link of the introduction to make things easier so I can work on it right away.

There is one more option as well. Many times if you do not add androtics to your email mailing list the GC will go unnoticed in your spam box. So be sure to add Androtics/smartmones to your address book and check your spam boxes.
