So just to give a brief background on myself, I am a 22 year old male asian american who is only 5ft 7in tall living in New York. As you can imagine, I’ve had some confidence issues in attracting members of the opposite sex due to my height (or lack of). It’s always quite difficult to get attention from girls whenever I’m out clubbing or drinking with friends who are all at least 5ft 11in. Friends and family always tell me that physical appearance (including height) isn’t everything but truthfully it’s one of the first things people notice and look for. Since there is nothing I can really do to increase my height anymore now that I’m past puberty, I’m hoping that this pheromone cologne can help with not only attracting girls but hopefully also to help boost my own confidence. I’m not sure if the pheromone cologne will be as effective on asians but at this point, I’m willing to try anything!

You could also look at IG to get you some of that confidence with others seeing you of higher value, because of the cool, mature vibe that it give out.
The social mone, like IO could also cause the self effect of babbling about anything so take that one slowly!!!
Of course, the mones are a sharp tool in your social arsenal… you will need to learn how to use that signal effectively and be in congruence to the signal you are trying to send out. If you’re a wall flower, the mone won’t take you magically out of that position. Though the mone says sexy hunk, your attitude could say sad wuss… you’re attitude will trump the mone signal.

Ammo is a good weapon in the arsenal. Just a caution, though, pheromones don’t do all the work. They can help others feel more at ease or more willing to talk to you, but you still have to put in the legwork. I think pheromones combined with working on any internal issues will bring you the best results.
You said that you have confidence issues, most people have some things they aren’t confident about. You are right that physical appearance is a part of your first impression, but there is a lot more than just height especially to women. Dress nice, smell nice, and be confident with who you are. Saying “hello” and being able to hold down a good conversation is a lot more than most people are able to do. Will there be some women who don’t get excited because you are not tall/the “wrong” race/not wearing the “right” color/too smart for her… sure. It happens to everybody, but why fret over people with hang-ups when you can meet wonderful people who don’t hold preconceived notions of who you are.
Since you are having confidence issues, I suggest you also consider A314. The self-effects alone are worth the price. It is also a much subtler scent (at least to me) and women are attracted to A314 in addition to the alpha dominance it gives you over other men.

Here’s what I would go for to start off. Go with some socials like IS, IG and IO. I really like those because it helps you open up sets of girls. You mentioned ammo, I really like ammo. This is one I would suggest you to get the 30 ml bottle. These will help alot with gaining confidence.
But one thing I’d like to know, are you looking for an asian girl? Because you need to consider that when choosing. There’s a difference between how white girls react and how asian girls react.
I would check out a couple of the sticky threads in the advice section. Like maybe women are interested in you but you don’t know the Indicators of Interest. I got a quick link in my signiture to the thread on IOIs.
