A self-introduction about myself, I’m a 29 year old guy, heading to the 30s soon. I’m unattached, and currently I’m based in Singapore, of Asian heritage. I considered my looks average for an Asian and I’m work a desk job. My build is average (not fat nor thin) although I look like I could use a few gym workouts. My friends say I’m easy-going, far too easy such that I don’t have much opinions (basically, I’m more comfortable with “following the herd”).
By now, anyone reading this could probably give a good guess that I’m not too good in the self-confidence department. I’m a “pheromone-noob”, if there’s such a term, and I’ll probably need advice (lots of it!) from the experienced community here.
As for writing this self-intro, I hope to be able to earn a $25 GC, and with that, start off my first step into trying pheromones. My intentions of using pheromones is that I hope I would be able to gain a more positive reaction from the fairer sex, and in turn, gain more confidence to be able to approach them. Also, IMO, joning a gymn and actually lifting some wheights at least trhee times a week will make a big difference. You can alos test your mones a t the gym, so that´s what I call perfert timing.
Singapore is definitely a pretty cool place.Been there a few times.Haha,would definitely try a gym if your up for it.Its a good confidence booster and puts you in a good mood.Pretty normal to be easy-going.Im like that as well.No worries about the self confidence,i was like that too before.As long as your trying to change for the better,everything will fall into place.For the attraction of the fairer sex,i quite like ammo which gives off a sexy and cool vibe but you may find instant gentleman more useful if your trying to attract Asians since they tend to gravitate to high status vibes.Mainly because they tend to be attracted to successful rich men(:-p)Read a thread a while back which went into that which was pretty cool,ill include it at the bottom so you can read it(^^)Maybe some instant shine to put everyone in a good mood and some instant openness to make you and your target more chatty.That way,it makes it easier to start a conversation and keep it going.Youll find youll have to do less of the talking(:-p)That being said,they wont do all the work.You may want to read up on some books on conversation or pickup like leil lowndes and david deangelo.They give a lot of tips on how to be confident and overcome approach anxiety.All the best and hope things go well for you.Be sure to start a journal so we can keep up with how your testing goes(^^)
meng has give you good advise…I would suggest that you start with Instant Gentleman and soon graduate to A314. its expensive but worth every bit of money. Dont start right away with A314 but start with Instant gentleman. let people get accustomed with that aura of IG from you and after a month or so you can start with A314.
At work, suddenly appearing with 2-3 drops of A314 will confuse your colleagues. "like why is that timid guy suddenly smelling like he owns this office… lets put him into his place" this could be something like what could go on in your colleagues and boss’s minds if u suddenly appear with A314, so this can create negative reaction for you. Instead using IG first for a month provides for a slow transition which makes them finally accept that A314 alpha dog vibe from you.
AMMO is a good thing for social situations and for work too and can be used together with both IG and A314. makes you feel more confident too..
Also if you badly need some of that cocky confidence, you can try P75 (putative) in 2.5 mcg/spray dose. normally I dont suggest putatives to beginners… but I had the same confidence issues once… and from my experiences I found it quiet handy

Actually I’m considering, for the start, a mix of Ammo + IS, as I’ve read that this is a golden combination. I’m not too sure about IG, coz does it project a more “elderly” feel? Strange that I read it works better for Asians, 'cause in SG, gals will definitely prefer a more vibrant and energetic guy.
Ammo+IS is definitely a good combo.I like it a lot for attracting girls.IG doesnt really project an elder feel,its more of an successful alpha vibe who is reliable and can take care of you.It tends to make asian girls think your good relationship material since thats generally what they look for in a mate since most asian girls are materialistic.(:-p)

Ammo works great for clubbing, i wouldn’t recommend you getting a 2x because SG girls are quite sensitive to -nones. 2x will probably be too sexual for them. we wont want to receive any harassment complaints.
I usually use Ammo buffered with Instant shine and its been working great for me.
Instant shine alone keeps you motivated and happy for 3-4 hours in our humid weather. I usually spray it to my temple and it seems to ease my headaches as well!
Instant Gentleman gives off a very matured and alpha aura. IG + IS gives you a very classy and wealthy (atas) vibe. SG chicks are really materialistic and they really seem to dig that. Plus, you get great service from hot waitresses and respect from waiters.

I recommend using IG when you’re out on a date with a girl who you are still in the “getting to know each other” phase. The date will be smooth because IG disables all their shit tests and makes them like a cuddly kitten.
