When I signed up for this forum, I did it partly because of the offer of a $25 coupon to spend at SmartMones.com (and don’t pretend I’m the only one to do that – I’m sure others have too). However, despite three different claims in welcome messages that I would receive my coupon within 24 hours, despite private messaging both SteveO and Mickaelia, despite calling the customer service number and leaving a message – I have received NO response from anyone. Has any member of this forum actually received their coupon? If so, I would love to know how you got it – so I can do the same!

I got mine in less then 24 hours after I posted the basic information. (and your right, its partially why I signed up in the first place)

You first posted on Sunday and provided the info yesterday! - They don’t normally work weekends and it can take Mickaelia a couple of days to get round the forum as she issues them personally.
Take a deep breath and be patient.
Exactly what “basic information” are you guys referring to? I’m still waiting for my certificate, and I’ve state my name, age, location, field of study, occupation, what I’m looking for, even asked a couple of questions. I posted on Monday, and although I was expecting my certificate within 24 hours, I stayed patient for a couple of days before sending a PM to someone. Still nothing

Looks like enough to me - 24hrs is a bit optimistic when Mick is busy, although a lot of the time she does seem to manage it - 3-4 days is more like it from what I see.
I also often see that Mickaelia has a big catch-up with GCs/posts just after the weekend, so keep your thread at the top of the forum and hang-on!

I still haven’t gotten mine. It’s been pretty close to a week I’d say. There were a bunch issued a few days ago but I did not get one 
I pm’d mickiella and Steve-o and also emailed costumer support but I have not gotten a single answer from any of them…
That’s the reason I joined also, I have been waiting over a MONTH now for my $25 certificate!!! iv been told I just need to wait. my last email was a 5 days ago hopefully you get yours sooner!, Rather frustrating now haha
