The thing you have to realize now as you read this is that you can begin to understand that you don’t have to feel even more confused than you are now before you finish this sentence. Alright, so here’s what I interpret this to mean.
We’ve got a robust grievance with the opposition, a large one, but we’ve clarified our stance, and we’ve issued it at more than one junction. Now, it’s 60-40, that sector isn’t going to get any taps in the next tri-day. We are staring through a very fine prism, so we have that in our minds first.
