So I’ve been using my special mix of LAM for about 5 months, and right from the get go I got fabulous results for my main man. Always touchy-feely-cuddly-sweet-talky when I wear it. But recently, like the past month or so, it’s magic has seemed to slowly lose it’s effect on him. Lame.
So, basically my question is, over time, can someone adjust to a phero-mix? Should we keep rotating out mixes in order to keep our men guessing? I have a bunch of things I realy love, but nothing has ever worked on him like LAM has (well, and mx135, but it’s OUT OF STOCK RIGHT NOW! stiffled sob) and I am wondering what my next move should be.
I haven’t had any ISa or TAL in a while because the ISb/LAM/TAH mixes were working so well on him, so I just ordered a whole new bottle of ISa from Jas to see if that wakes him up a little. Or maybe I should go completely phero-free for a week or two?
That worries me, some people say they get used to the self effects from pheros and then after constant use the effects wear off, I wonder if the same is true for people experiencing the pheros. The only thing I know of that you can do is to switch up the mix and go back to your Lust After Me later.
Just a ps . . . my LAM and such mixes, while not being as effective on my guy, still work VERY well on others.
Two days ago I was wearing about 3 drops LAM with 4 sprays mx134. My boy, his best friend and I were ordering lunch and randomly a guy came up and started hitting on me. Like I wasn’t sitting there with two men. And then, about 20 minutes later, a completely different man come up and started talking to me!
When he left, my man turned to me and said, “While you were busy flirting with that guy, Matt (his best friend) and I were talking about you.”
“Talking about me? What were you two saying?”
“That we seriously don’t know how you do that. You lure complete strangers to come over and hit on you, and when you are obviously at lunch with two men.”
Yep, I’m afraid so. I noticed this unfortunate tendency some years back after getting a new GF. My use of The Edge literally transformed her into a nympho (after passing through several metamorphic bitch stages). Alas, with each passing week the effects seemed to grow weaker and her fascination with my willie, err, smaller. Luckily we had other things going for us, but what a disappointment she didn’t want me to pull over on the side of the road for sex anymore…
Basically those closest to you–friends, family and lovers–gradually become accustomed to your phero signature. What I learned since my old GF is it helps keep your “more familiar” targets on their toes by rotating through various phero-mixes. I have a half dozen or so variants as well as completely different signatures I rotate through every week or so. Now you can never recapture the same intense excitement of initial mixes, but you can often keep the magic going with careful management and rotation. I also rotate my work mixes. I have the main ones premixed in atomizers and labeled for quick application in mornings or on the run. I usually don’t touch the original bottles except when trying new combos or ratios.
I change around what I am wearing just about everyday. I also spend at least 2 days a week with no mones on at all.
I still get self effects as well as reactions. I guess its like anything else though. A new shirt is only new the first day you wear it. If you wear it everyday after that it gets old. Changing it up frequantly keeps everyone on there toes including yourself.
Hello Jpballerina,
I still didn’t notice if somebody gets accostumed to my pheros or not, but I think that it’s likely (at least for what I’ve read in the forum). In more, I really believe that, as many write, that pheros are very helpful, but don’t work magic… If I smell of sweat and garlic, and I wear a “lady! tear my pants off” mix, it surely won’t work even a bit… So, maybe I’m wrong, but beside Instant Sexiness, now your man maybe needs some more “help”… I don’t mean that you smell of garlic! But maybe Mr. Man, would like, for example, a romantic dinner in a relaxing place… Just guessing. Sorry if I’m wrong!
I share absolutely Tisha’s idea (Hello super Tisha!), as I do exactly the same with my pheros. Now I’m phero-naked for about a week. So, I hope peple noticed my change in the phero signature, and will notice it again when I’ll be wearing pheros again.
Ok, for now it’s all, I hope you’ll like my help, and if you don’t like it, or you find in offensive, just tell me and I’ll delete it.
Yes, every so often you’ll have to “tweak” your mix. It can be fun. I do this at least every 3 months or so and my man never becomes used to my phero signature. In fact he’s more turned on by me now (after 10 years) then before and I owe it all to “tweaking” and Androtics, of course.
You know when you first meet someone and fall hard for them but slowly overtime lose that initial Infactuation with them…perhaps this has something to do with phero signatures? It seems to be similar to what a couple of the forum users have seen when they dont change up their signatures.
These are just thoughts running through my head lol, I may be talking in circles with no sense made
i totally agree Tisha!
I mostly work from home so i have about 4 days of no pheromone use a week.I also like to vary my sig as much as possible and yes i still get self-effects alright.
It’s not that he’s lost interest, but part of that is because we’re not “together”. It’s a “best friend because we’re in denial that we’re dating, but don’t date that other person” kind of thing. And has been for over a year now. I am pretty non-commital, not gonna lie.
Anyway, nothing’s changed really except the cuddliness. But, I’ve been using my LAM w/him for months now, because he likes it so much . . . but whether it’s wearing off on him or not, it truly is time for something else.
So tonight, you bet it’s gonna be a TAL mix!!
xoxo

ps: I forgot who asked, but my LAM is 4X the cops (serious stuff!) and Jas adjusted the smell so it’s chocolate cookie scent—a little tough to do with the scent it already has, but oh baby did she get it right! My man loves chocolate . . . gotta give 'em what they want, right?
